    Hope you enjoy this quick 4 round workout, this is ideal if you can't make it down the gym or you are pushed for time to fit in a decent session. This has been designed specifically so everyone can join in even if you have no equipment at home, but if you do, be sure to put on your wraps and gloves and do all the punching parts on a bag.
    This should give you a hard workout no matter your fitness level, the harder you try the harder it is. This routine will get your heart rate right up and if you do this 2 to 3 times a week your fitness will improve FAST.

      Joyce Cho yes so do I, I'm also 14. I have abs so far and im really looking forward to training myself to be good at boxing my dad will probs help me. I just cant train right now because i have an air cast on from spraining my ankle at dropzone. I can train in 4 more weeks!😎

    thanks for this video. I quit smoking a week ago. I have been looking for a mix of cardio style workouts to get myself in shape and not get too winded when climbing a small set of stairs. This workout is a lot of fun. It kicked my butt. Thanks again.

    I'm trying this tomorrow, at the moment I do a 30 minute, no rest time routine of jogging - sit ups - press ups - dips - chin ups, but having something like this to alternate to would be great :) Also paying close attention to your technique so I do it right

    Started this yesterday morning (planning on doing morning and night everyday) struggled quite a bit fitness wise but today found it a lot easier and feeling much better in myself already i took a picture of myself yesterday and will take one again after 30 days i will post them up hopefully with the after picture looking a lot better.

    I also got to Chest 2 Floor Press-up Jumps, this was perhaps the most difficult, do you have any tips for me to better at this, ( I am a larger set fellow, 280 at 6'1) I have been doing push-ups frequently and this is still hard, Thanks!

    As you can see in my profile picture, i'm a kid who is 10 years old. I'm going through adolescence and i will be circumsized very soon in the summer. Your home workout fitted perfectly for me. I do it everyday, once i get home and get some free time, once someone goes into my room, they will find me following your exercise. Keep up the good work!

    i did 200 pushups, 100 sit up, and shadowboxed in between.. Found this in the middle of my workout... Got a charlie horse in my abs,a good one, before i could even finish this... Definitely glad I found this...and its easy asf to follow. Thank you for posting

      Thank you Charles - Really appreciate the feed back. It was a struggle to keep a decent balance of technique, boxing related exercises and standard exercises. It was an experiment to see if we could come up with something which would cater for boxers looking for a quick workout and novices who have never tried boxing before whilst making it fun. I would change quite a few things in hind sight, but we've had really positive feedback and hopefully have encouraged others to start using boxing training in their everyday routines :-) Thanks again.

    I'm a 6' even 281 lbs. guy. I just subscribed and I'm going to follow your workouts. I want to get down to 210-200. This seems like a good cardio workout. I've been looking at boxing workouts and this one seems like it would be good for a beginner. I haven't checked out any of your other videos yet, but i'm hoping you have some proper punch technique videos and supplemental workouts that your boxers use. I'm ready to fight myself fit!

      Thank you for your comment and thanks for signing up - the workout above is a great quick 12 minute workout, perfect to ease you in. The www.fightyourselffit.com workout being launched in January 2015 are longer workouts (about 30 mins each), they switch between techniques / combinations and speed and power work. It comes with a guide on all the techniques to make sure you are punching right.

    I love this work out. I do it three times a week. I am not planning to be a professional boxer, but I just want an activity to add to my work outs. I've been doing it fro about three weeks now --i started 5 days a week because I was still learning it, but it does take quite a bit! You really feel the burn afterwards. Is this ideal to help lose weight as well?
