Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. Forsake meaning as in try your absolute best to not sin. We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again to enter The Kingdom of Heaven.

Had a hanging bag in my basement. Came upstairs and thought the house had been trashed! On the floor were broken ornaments, smashed plant-pots, earth, broken glass, knocked-over standing lamps, pictures fallen off the walls . The floor must have been bouncing like a trampoline! That said, I loved the movement, the feel and the flow of a hanging bag as it swings and moves with the blows... But practically, its a gonna have to be a free standing bag in the garden from now on!

I like how in depth you went into the downsides of each rather than just brushing over them in favour of the selling points. It's lead me to the conclusion that neither are practical for my current home, so you've saved me a lot of money, time and effort in buying and seeing one up only to want to return it afterwards. Sorry that you've not made a sale to me, but I'd really like to thank you for your honesty and professionalism in your experience and opinion. 🙂

There’s a gym i go to and they have a heavy bag set up like yours on the girder (beam) but it’s on a runner. You can hit the bag and it’ll move away from you. It’s great for working on distance and chasing a moving target. It has a stop at either end so it mimics forcing your opponent on the ropes or into a corner

  • @amdinga561

One thing I like about a hanging bag too is the lack of the base allows you to really move in close with your footwork. With the freestanding bag you might not be able to get as close as you want because of the base.

I can’t stand hanging heavy bags unless they’re the huge massive ones that touch the ground & stay put when you hit them. From my martial arts experience, a standing one is SO much better. You can do so many drills with them, move & set them up any way you want. My former instructor would even make obstacle courses out of them. We’d take the tops off & use both the tops & base for various drills. Sadly not a lot of martial artists & even the instructors know how to properly utilize a standing bag.

Martial arts and boxing aren't comparable. I much prefer a hanging bag because I'm a boxer but I can't imagine throwing kicks at it. For most - if not all - martial arts, the freestanding bag just has to be better.

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

The hassle of setting one up and the space requirements are the main reasons I don't own a hanging bag or a free-standing bag. Instead, I just bought a pair of focus mitts. The main problem with those is that you need a training partner, and they can be hard to come by. But if you have a friend or a family member who is willing to train with you, focus mitts are the best at-home option, in my opinion. Otherwise, I am limited to shadowboxing.

I have both. I like hanging bags the best. As for the freestanding bags, I have a Century bag and a Ringside. The Ringsides have a spring operated base that provides movement to the bag. But be careful you don't hit the bag on the rebound movement. You can sprain your wrist.

The bag part of the boxing stand must be at least 40 kg or the same quality normal heavybag.....Most boxing stands are too soft and there is no feeling of punching...Of course, most of us at home cannot arrive too hard because of the noise, but you still need to feel that feeling even if you hit soft...otherwise we will shadow box or BOB...BOB just like man at least and Improves punch accuracy because of it shape chin, liver etc...

Home Depot! Shouldn't be hard to find. Bring the video and ask the people there. And make sure to check out our punch trackers and workouts at fightcamp.com

Just get a boxing stand done

    • @94SexyStang

Yes, but many are cheap Junk and only support 100lbs, and frames will easily rock and move even with weight.(that energy HAS to go somewhere).....Prices for Stands jump quickly if your bag is heavier than 100lbs!.....you also lose 50% range of your bag, because of Steel Bars blocking it. I'm debating getting one for portability, but I'm a big kicker, and those steel bars just make me cringe.

His cons for the hanging bag could almost all be alleviated by getting a stand.

God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior .
God bless brothas and sisters ❤❤! Thank God ❤️
