This is disgusting. I live near Shipshewana, IN. Im friends with lots of Amish. Worked construction with them. They are all hard working people, and most dont do anything illegal. They just work and take care of their families. They also take their faith seriously. I always admired them for their character. And watching an Amish get bullied by the government is dispicable and honestly it makes my stomach hurt. We should never let the Amish get bullied. Yes it is. They are run by the WEF and UN and the pedo brigade. I fought them for my child for over a decade. Before that my family (who was also in LE) was stalked for 20 years by a corrupt psych* HSA CPS worker who was somehow tied to a former SS agent who was also found to be helping stalk our entire family and close friends or neighbors who got involved... I won if you can call it that after all of the harm those monsters did to our lives... then I left. The land is beautiful (although with the E. Palest* train thing I doubt it's pristine any longer) but the criminal hordes from both parties running that state, most of them belong in prison IMO. A SH* hole when it comes to the people running that state.

We saw your graceous support at the Lancaster Courthouse today [2/29/24]... God bless you! Your efforts to share the true information behind this case are so important. The people need to know the truth! If we stand by and let the government take over our natural food farmers under the guise "it's only a permit" to sell, we are ultimately giving them [govt] control to what they will allow us to eat. If we blindly follow this guise, we will be giving up the ability to attain clean foods of our choice. This, "It's only a permit" to sell, comes with stipulations, regulations, modifications, restrictions, and deletions! You can't do it that way, you need to do it this way, you must do it Our [govt.] way! And all of that at an exorbitant cost too. We do not need to remove what is healthy from our clean food, nor do we need to be consuming foods with pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, steroids, hormones, dyes, and etc.
IF the PDA, USDA. FSIS [and maybe the FDA] are all so worried about "food safety" for the public's sake, then why do they turn a blind eye to these chemicals put in our foods, that other countries have band, causing long-term, life long and even deadly diseases?!
Our family chooses raw milk as it has proven to be healthier for our bodies.

I have been to his farm last year and they are God fearing good people that are being treated horribly. I live an hour away in Perry County and the healthiest foods that are grown are from the Amish and mennonite farmers that do regularly test their milk and products. There is much less environmental impact on many of these farms and especially on the farms that don't use tractors. The Department of Agriculture and the government and the big monopoly farm corporations don't like loosing sales to the average organic farmers. They would rather us buy everything from the big grocery stores that use genetically modified foods and poisonous pesticides.
The WEF and UN Agenda 2021/2030 are behind it. Same as who is behind the invasion. It's a multi-prong, big picture Worldwide plan. They only want less than 500 Million humans left to lord over and enslave while they R8 The Earth themselves.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If this goes to its fullest extent I won’t be able to get my child raw milk anymore. I do depend on it because pasteurized milk was causing her so much pain she had terrible tantrums and could not hold her bladder, so she had frequent accidents. It was awful but local raw milk is completely different, I have my child back because of it. I am praying.
I usually order from a different farm in Lancaster and I had no idea any of this was going on but I went onto their website earlier to place an order and they had 0 dairy products listed and I thought that was rather odd. I figured I’d call them to see what was going on but now that I’m seeing this, it makes sense why they took everything down. I will be praying for all of our Pennsylvania farmers and I’ll reiterate a quote I heard earlier, “if you don’t feed me then you can’t starve me.” Our provision comes from our father in heaven and He WILL provide not only provision for the farmers and their families, but for the communities they feed. ❤

Our food club in AL has been ordering from Miller's Organic Farm for years. Though most of the ordering was raw milk and products made from it, NO ONE (our animals 😉) has ever been sick. This is ONLY about control. Control the food, control the people.

I live in Lancaster and buy organic food from Amish farmers all year round. This guy is just not the brightest about how he goes about things. Yes I wish the government wouldn't interfere with farmers but that fight needed to happen like 100 years ago. This is how things are. Plenty of other natural organic farmers are doing their thing here. Farmers started taking subsidies and allowing government regulations years ago. Now here we are.
Amish Farms also tend to violate Environmental Protection regs, and also have a habit of abusing the Animals in their care; not to mention the fact that they choose to cause Accidents by refusing to obey the Laws regarding Signage and Lighting on their Buggies.
How do you know that you are getting organic foods ? Sorry if you don’t follow the simplest things then you should be fined and go to jail

I'm from Kitcher-Waterloo in Ontario, and the heart of Mennonite and Amish culture, and the Province of Ontario has asserted the same ridculous penalties to farms that offer raw milk and organic food products. My wife CANNOT consume conventional farm food, ever! When she has in the past, her ability to function is serverely compromised for days! Thankyou for broadcasting this information. I pray that this precedent gets full attention, with a resolution that allows each person to make their own decsion as to what food is healthy to consume
I used to work for the State of Pennsylvania in an office in Harrisburg. There were Amish farmers that had a market right next to my office and i would buy fresh meat and food products from them all the time. This is ridiculous. Pennsylvania farmers always sold to people. In the summer time we would get fresh corn from local farmers. This is insane. Organ Amish Farmers have the best and safest products.
He broke the law. He didn't licensed his business. It doesn't help that he signed a legal agreement to follow food safety and then didn't.

I wish I would’ve known you were there. We got stuck in traffic and the courtroom was full by the time my mom & I got there. She is 94 now, we’ve been a member for almost 10 years and drive out to the farm every month to pick up our food.
We stood outside the courtroom and I got chatting with Amos’ brother in law who missed getting into the courtroom by 1 person.

Yeah, I'd love to go back to the days when corporations could process the most vile disgusting things into food and poison people with impunity.
Pennsylvania has already made some modifications to help the small local food movement. Such changes are apparent in our many CSAs, farmers markets, etc, and with the microbreweries and distilleries that we now have.
It is possible to compromise and find more options and ways forward than complete abolition of an agency that is not only useful but also necessary in our country.
I totally agree that parts of the USDA aren't managed for the benefit of common Americans, and it mainly helps mega corporations, but
we don't need to throw the baby out with the bath water. The corporations will only use the lack of USDA to screw us over in new, more creative ways.

Lancaster is where I grew up. Currently living in NY, I always seek out that good food grown in the rich Pennsylvania Dutch soil. It's not only more healthy; it tastes better. The first thing I noticed when I moved to NY was how awful the produce tasted. The farmers in Lancaster County, especially the Amish, have standards beyond organic, often tilling the land with horses so it is naturally fertilized for ages, no chemicals used. Ever. For the most part, Amish farm practices are more humane and environmentally friendly than anything the government can regulate. What is the point in raiding an Amish farm? Are we now going to make fresh produce at farm stands illegal? This is insanity.

When I was a kid many years ago,🤣my parents took me to an Amish restaurant, it was called Plain and Fancy. we sat with other people/families at large picnic tables.the food was incredible,all fresh made.you were charged for what ever you left on your plate. there was never anything left on our plates. the amish workers were very friendly and polite. they are the hardest working people in America, also very skilled. back in 1993 I went up there to work alongside an Amish community. they worked together with us and themselves,no yelling,no cursing etc. they are like a well oiled machined,they never skipped a beat.
So you only pay for what is left on your plate. I would eat it all and pay nothing. I wonder if they're still in business?

I see how this would be an effort to reach out to those with less money because everyone has the need for a good meal and can not afford it. Judgment is God’s about whether the customer caused their hardship or not, that is a whole can of worms to sort out but just my thoughts. If they didn’t keep records and plenty of paying customers there’s no way it would survive in my opinion. Records could help or hurt you, it’s too bad the selfish people always tend to ruin wholesome things for the rest of us. Not calling you selfish, I took your comment as joking. There is some truth behind every joke, and I’m funny myself -how else do you keep spirits up sometimes- with that said, this whole deal with this case is a serious issue and bothers me he can’t be left alone to live in peace and provide for people who trust him. Well, without government (which gives the rights) to protect the people, I suppose violators with impunity could be any number of ill-intentioned or just plain ignorant people. We could not trust anybody except the few close by where we live and each of us knows personally which would severely restrict our access to so much that could be out there. Amish people are not above the law. Still, if you want to drink raw milk with no knowledge of how it was processed, you should be able to consume it with notice that it could make you very ill. Sure, go ahead. But if you pay for it, you should be given notice, just like cigarette packages.

We have a pastured egg producer here in California that was selling high quality eggs for 3$ less than all other similar eggs a year ago and the government came in and said they found 1 out of their 10,000 chickens had a "disease" and that they needed to kill all of their chickens. When they just recently came back onto the market their eggs now cost 1 dollar more than the rest.

Finally, the Amish Farmer’s financial losses and cost of replacement to all his inventory and property must be made and paid by the State, and the PA Department of Agriculture investigated.

It's that we are living in the fallout of those before us who didn't think about the future like that as literally within the last 120 years human lifespans nearly tripled due to medical advances. Before you could change a system drastically pretty much overnight due to how short lived we were, therefore people actually took the time to attempt to understand the outcomes of their actions on the generations to come. Ever since the end of WWII, that has become nonexistent as we only think about the here and now. The worst part, most of the people responsible for putting us in this position will never live to see the fallout from their actions, but their grandchildren, their children and more than likely their grandchildren will have to suffer for it.

Thank you for posting this video. I had no idea this was happening to Miller's Organic Farm. It is important to support him any way you can including funds for his legal battle. He needs to win this case not only for his farm but because otherwise it is a blow to small farmers across the country.

A blow to anyone who owns land no matter how big or small! In Pa the rumor is that there is a bill they are trying to get pass to make it mandatory that we register our land if we plant seeds or even have any kind of garden & if we even plant in garden pots. .. Where i live they even removed trees for the so called G5 boxes / apparatus they attach to the poles in front of my home . (thanks to Trumps covfefe fix the boxes are inoperable)! I plant hydroponics and the sad things is I bought the house bc of well water & free of floride poison but , after a few decades of owning the house , the town mandated my area hook up to town water . No proper notice of 2 yrs either ( I know bc I went through Harrisburg to find out our legal rights). I got a notice for a meeting scheduled for 2 weeks later & they stared digging up roads for connections. We were told make the connection or imminent domain & anyone contending it that there would suffer the consequences.
Many homes went into foreclosures too. Most people live (lived) on fixed incomes & lost their homes & or were placed in nursing homes!!!! The banks offered them 1% loans to make the connection but they still couldn't afford it & they lost their homes. Then some homes became bank owned & sold below market value & could not be sold unless the house was connected to whatever muninciipality water supply they mandated. And an added cost was we could no longer use our septic system either and we had to pay for monthly fee for the sewage water. New months additional fee for use of water & disposal of it!!! Also it was our financial responsibility to pay the plumber & for the gravel to fill the tanks even though the town superintendant said they would supply the gravel they never did! So with Amos , he probably faces the same situation of the government hitting him with .
The water smell horrible & taste like a bunch of chemical additives . I boil & purify all my water I use to consume but sure wish I could afford a whole house water filtration system. Even the bath water is horrible & causes bad skin rashes. I would love a Berkey water filter purification . But the EPA is even trying to ban that bc it removes floride!

Also in late 2022 &into 2023 CDC has lowered the standards and now there is more floride in our water supply.

I used to live in Lancaster Co. and we always preferred to buy our milk, cheese, veggies, and other items from our local Amish neighbors. Something they also do not tell you is that these farmers are targets of the local govt because they work their farms, they wind up getting their farms seized because they are unable to pay their taxes! But yet when they TRY to make money as Amos and others, this happens! I can't tell you how many Amish I knew that lost their farms because they couldn't pay their taxes but weren't allowed to sell their wares that would earn money to pay them!
There needs to be a change in government. The law needs to be changed and the corruption in the food industry needs to removed. This is about the big food industry that is poisoning all of us with chemicals far worse than anything coming from this farm.

PA citizens need to petition their lawmakers to pass the Food Sovereignty Act like we did here in Maine. Every state needs to pass this act!
Currently only Maine, North Dakota, Wyoming and Utah are the ONLY states who have neutered the USDA by passing Food Sovereignty Acts. Here in Maine we actually amended our State Constitution to add Food Sovereignty.
The Maine Food Sovereignty Act protects our rights to grow and raise our own foods, as well as sell our food products to others without having to capitulate to the overburdened USDA regulations. The Act states "it is unlawful for any state or federal government regulation to interfere with community members' rights to sell and grow food."
Here in Maine it is also legal to sell raw milk, and the Act also protects dairy farmers who sell raw milk.
Every last one involved in this raid from top to bottom needs to go to jail!
