i’m only a normal 11 year old watching youtube making my own videos but watching your videos really help me because i don’t have the best mental health at the moment 🐻💗☁️
That was brave to share, please be courageous and don’t keep those feelings to yourself find someone to express yourself to and display your raw feelings. Took me 36 years to learn that. Find peace through knowing you’re already perfect :) you’re ok! There are millions here just like you. Find just 1~ don’t do what I did, I ran from the person I was thinking I would be ok once I became this or had that or did what someone else expected. I was already worthy before the chase to become worthy

I have PTSD and my s/o is constantly having to help me with my meltdowns almost daily but this channel has helped me feel not so alone

I just discovered you a few days ago and I’m thinking “girll, where were you all this time?!!!” Your tips and facts and the way you explain things are so helpful. Thank you so much. My anxiety has messed my stomach up, you have no idea. I’m having waves of nausea and constant trapped wind in my stomach and the doctors told me it’s anxiety that’s caused all of this.

Trust me, start doing EFT tapping every morning and evening. Do the one for Gas, eat small and healthy filling protein packed meals, start meditating in the mornings even for 5 minutes, make a chart of positive affirmations and read them daily in the morning to set the tone for the day! Start a gratitude journal and BELIEVE YOU ME, you will start feeling better in No TIME! So sorry you have to go through all of this and feeling NAUSEATED SUCKS- I HATE IT! Always remember you won’t be like that forever and EFT WORKS WONDERS along side all of the others x

God knows what we need to hear & communicates it to us right on time. With me it’s usually music but sometimes a sermon or videos or books. If you listen, you will hear Him speaking to you the way He does for me
I work with people suffering from this but today I needed this myself. The inner turmoil was overwhelming a moment ago but listening to this piece helped a lot. Thank you!
This is such a good message - one I need to hear frequently to remind me that I shouldn't be hiding from these emotions or trying to puish them away but to acknowledge them and process them.

like when anger hits us and we do not settle it by giving time so we do act bad and then also think that we are bad.

This is very true. I have very bad anxiety, and when I started to go to a counselor, this is exactly what she taught me! And is still teaching me!
She is spot on. I drilled through everything she is talking about, from my childhood up through my (at that time) failing marriage. It took many years, but it made me whole ❤
I needed this today 😢😢😢❤❤❤ I've been having one traumatic event after the other. Yet some things in my life look great. It's all emotionally stress related and I acknowledge that 🙏🏼😍
This made me cry because it’s really helping me understand that life is gonna to change overtime and you have to allow your thoughts to process because then they will cause traffic and cause a heavy storm against you that’s going to make you feel extremely miserable.
This is the TRUTH! GOD IS ALWAYS ON TIME! I am currently working on my emotions! I’ve acted on my emotions and I’m just learning and growing through theme!

Even though I support for others I have needed to accept it for myself. God forgive me for being hypocritical. Sometimes (more often than not) it’s easier to support others than it is ourselves. holy shit. and the way the ink is slowly becoming more diluted and becoming clear again shows the process of you learning to co-exist with the emotions, then eventually the ink is gone and that's the emotioning passing and disappearing.
That's the most impressing point of view I ever heard of this complex.

this is something i had to learn. around 17 i had lots of depression. i learned to embrace it. i told myself "this is a sensation. this is being human." years later, i was diagnosed with bipolar. i had to learn this again in therapy. but i knew how to do it. it's a simple lesson, but it may have well saved my life.
Girl! Idk if it’s the way you’re saying these things, or the things your saying, but every time I watch these shorts WITHOUT FAIL, I get chills
Thank you for this tip. I am a very emotional person and my teacher is super mean and I want to cry in class and when I do, my teacher yells at me to stop and tells everyone we should control these emotions and not let them take over ourselves, but she has no idea it’s not that easy to do that.
I didn’t expect to be emotional but this really made me😭😭
