When Margo popped off the crimp in the main footage, oh so close to the glory jug, I was dreading a scrolling narrative finish to this video that would say, "but she sent it at a later date. The End." However, the friend's video of her actual send somehow added even more value to the final result. State of flow. In the zone. Unstoppable. Call it what you will. Her summation of that feeling is authentic and raw, which allows the viewer to feed off her emotion just a little bit. I think of Alex Honnold's description of his El Cap free solo, of finding perfection in his climbing for those 4 plus hours he was ropeless on the Captain, but it just sounds robotic and aloof in that NBD Honnold sort of way. But with Margo she lets you in, in a way that Alex won't, or can't. Margo perfectly conveys what keeps many of us coming back to the stone. Breaking through our self imposed barriers. Brief moments of unstoppable. Just my long way of saying this is one of the best climbing videos I've seen in a long time, if not ever.

Great camera work. I love watching her. What a force!
So inspiring! We love you Margo!
Perfect, no irritating background music, just beautiful climbing!
Amazing, inspiring, fanominal, incredible. Well done Margo!!
phenomenal
@@Kvathe So glad you were here to point that out. Wouldn’t have been able to understand his comment otherwise. Thank god for people like you, making the comment section a better place with your original and clever insights. Keep it up!
@@YogSoth And yet it was a totally uncontroversial comment until you showed up. You think that I'm the one imposing here, but in fact it's you. Your argumentative reaction has made this comment section worse.
@@Kvathe I wouldn’t have expected a grammar nazi to be so touchy. As someone who apparently enjoys being an asshole to people online, you should probably grow a thicker skin so can handle yourself better when you get called out for you bs.
@@YogSoth They only pointed out a spelling mistake, lol. The person he responded to may be grateful for the correction. No need to be a douche about it.
I’m crying sooo proud of her 😩🥺👏🏻💕💕
Breathtaking achievement. Good show Margo -- it would have so easy to give up. And thx to RR for the inspirational, well-produced films.
love the editing of this vid. How it goes to slow mo with music as she goes through the crux, and then it ends as she falls and it's so tragic. So fun to watch.
Her movements are so organic and balletic. Mesmerising.
There's nothing more inspiring to me than to watch someone be a complete master of their craft. Brava! So impressive!
Margo is such a beast. A legend at only 19
Wow, that is some true persistence and dedication. Looks like a great sport to get into to teach life skills and get fit. Amazing young lady, congrats!
I am 44, a mom with 2 kids, I started indoor climbing just a year ago but I do understand that feeling, when achieving a route , sometimes I think I can’t do it, but the end I did, climbing trains your brain, it’s a very good Sport for the Body and mind!
19! she's so cool. my fingers hurt just by watching this
ikr
Thanks for uploading this gem! Margo at her best - "mind control is the new black"!
What does that mean?
Graceful climbing with quiet focus ! Awesome 👏
12:35 when you're telling the boys about finishing your V5 project at the gym
Lmaoooooo
Underrated comment 👏🏽😂
Soooooo good
Don't come for me like this, I know I'm weak
😂😂
really cool! Finally someone shows a full climb and not just the highlights!
Pardon the pun, "You rock!!!"
Congratulations 👏🥇🎉
This is the first time I realized this is a vertical dance with a person and a rock.
She attacked it with utter GRIT! Keep trying, stay consistent and never give up! ✔
Incredible ,Rock on Margo ! like the fact that she shows the falls as well, so many climbing vids don't.
Bravo Margo! Absolutely amazing climb! 👍
This is one incredibly strong woman! Much respect and love ❤
What an accomplishment! So happy for her :)
Wow what an amazing person! I don´t rock climb, still I find this video absolutely fascinating. Her determination, passion and sheer strength is really inspiring. It makes me want to learn how to climb!
Amazing accomplishment!! Super beautiful climbing!
Side note:I like when a video can give an impression of how hard the moves are. Not that its easy to do but it would be nice.
so brilliant to see the route map on her wall... i do a similar thing for my work and its incredible to see it with such high acheiving people.. really happy to see i am not nuts
wow, that was beautiful. what an amazing spirit this woman is. thank you for inspiring
12:23 eeeeevery project ive done is like that. When the whole route is hard, and you normally struggle to even do the moves after the crux, but when you are climbing from the bottom and do the crux, nothing can stop you
Congrats! Thats an amazing feat!!! 🤘🔥❤
Love this. Just mega mega climbing. So smooth, so precise. Astonishing footwork. Our sport is wonderful because it’s open to all and anyone can experience that feeling, even on lower grades. Fabulous video. Thank you!!!!!!!
"did you just send?" that's so cute xD
It's amazing how choreographed these difficult climbs have to be. Even if I had the strength I don't think I could remember the sequences of the moves.
think of something you're passionate about. can you picture it in great detail?
love how she makes a full split during her fall at 2:36
Phenomenal and inspirational on so many levels! I'm going to show to my 6 year old daughter and son before we head out to the crag this weekend. Congrats on the send Margo!
The whole world loves u...it is very amazing
It's so great to see the multiple attempts on video. Well done!
Goosebumps!!
Fantastic film and an incredible achievement by Margo.
What an amazing human. Wow. Just wow.
@dev null why can’t both this climber and the people you are referencing all be amazing humans? I don’t get this culture of having to correct people and be right. Just admire this amazing feat.
bulls are you 98 or something? The world has changed, get that through ur tiny brain LMAOO. This girl is amazing and deserves the recognition, but all the sudden shes not doing enough? You cant do anything like what she accomplished and I dont see you donating to churches and shit, besides there are tons more places that need donations than churches, sit down.
Absolutely amazing! One of the best things I've seen in a long time. Congrats Margo! :)
Amazing achievement, I'm so happy for her!! Plus, being so young, if she continues this way she'll do even more amazing things in the future
Amazing achievement? Why? She climbed a rock. So what?
@@lukeskywalker6809 lol you wouldn't even be able to climb 1/6th of that mountain shut ur jealous misogynistic ass up.
@@lukeskywalker6809 you climb it then, pwssyboi
@@RainAndRay Why would I want to climb it, buddy boy?
@@Me-im7bf Why would I want to climb a freaking rock, you misandrist pos?
Wow. Incredible video, actually showing a big amont of the climb in real time is great. Really thought that Margo was going to make it at 11:00.
And of course, amazing expression of what Margo is capable of. And as if it wasn't enough, 19 years old. Crazy
You're comparing this girl to Alex Honnold lol?
@@ilikeyoutube836 No I'm not. I'm merely juxtaposing their personal reactions to the amazing feats they accomplished.
I though that was pretty obvious in my post. Guess it wasn't.
@@jwplotz I understood you
Very nice smooth moves, the flow is so relaxing to watch. Congratulations !
