I have been Carno for about 8 months. I paused for my birthday, Thanksgiving & Christmas week. My metabolic health is crazy good. My fatty liver is almost completely reversed. My spleen, kidney function and pancreas are now normal. My BMI is 38. My insulin level was 19.4 and is down to 9! My doctor is so happy. She never heard of Carnivore and is now firmly a believer. Dr. Lustig calls people like me MHO: metabolically healthy obese. We expect that I will begin to loose my fluffy external fat when my Insulin level gets below 5. My dangerous visceral fat is melting away and that is very very important.
Thank you so much for watching my video and for your comment, really appreciate it! And thank you so much for sharing your story and background, this is great news! So happy to hear that you are doing well, and that you have a doctor that is supportive. Keep going and all the best!!
Wow good job I just got diagnosed with non alcoholic liver disease so now I’ve been carnivore for two weeks cut out all veggies carbs ect strictly meat of all kinds and lots of eggs !! Hopefully I can reverse this problem over time ❤
Awesome, I sat and listened to the whole thing! My Husband gets so upset with me for eating this way...I am on day 37, and I experienced all the fatigue, nausea, some heartburn, headaches...but not going back to force feeding myself all those nasty vegetables and stuff I never liked anyways. I feel really great now, I have lost 15 lbs. but I know it's a lot more, as I have lost fat where I have never lost it before. My face is thinner, and no double chin anymore. I sleep so much better, and wake up, and am able to just jump out of bed. Yes, life is good on Carnivore! 😊Continue with your videos, I will keep watching your journey!❤
My husband wasn’t happy for me to go carnivore so I went to keto. As I got a diagnosis of pre diabetes decided to take the carnivore path. Weight loss is good my bloating is gone. Sleep well and enjoy my clothes without struggling with my jeans. Salt with coffee?? Will give this a go. I don’t consciously fast but have carried it over from keto days. 2 meals or one day. Thanks for the video.
@@vanessamay3689 hi there i have been on carnivore for 6 months and i have lost 22 kg (50+ pounds) and bye bye sleep apnea no more eczema and more hair greek yogurt has been a blessing for me and i haven't been the best carnivore that i can bee but i haven't ever felt beter
Dont forget your electrolytes that is the salt, magnesium and potassium they help prevent the fatigue etc in the early days of a change to carnivore eating. Go well
So your husband is upset for you getting healthy? Might be time to find a new husband lol. Glad your doing better, hopefully your spouse will wake up before it's too late.
Kelly Hogan actually gained weight for the first 6months but then after her body healed she lost 120lbs. Amazingly she has no saggy skin. The amazment of autophagy!!
Hello! Yes I’ve heard that actually! It’s quite encouraging to know that I’m not alone in the ups and downs of what happens in the beginning. The body is an incredible thing
Thankyou for sharing your experience. I am 2 months into Carnivore, just started working out again over the past week (calistenics and kettle bells) and I've found once I start my body does not want to stop, energy does not seem to come in waves anymore but is constant, I have to force myself to rest between exercises ! No fatigue and no muscle aches the following day. I haven't felt like this since my early 20's, now 45 years young 😁
I have studied nutrition for years and never heard of carnivore. Finding carnivore has changed my life! Physically and mentally. I am 67 years old and have not felt this good for at least 30 years. Wish I had known about carnivore earlier in my life. I share it with anyone I can in hopes it will change their life also. Keep sharing!
@@sherriecampbell4329Same here, and I'm excited to get started. I have never had energy since my third child and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have done all fruit diet, fruit in the morning and combination the rest of the day (felt pretty good on that except hard to follow). I never heard of the Carnivore diet (I am 60 yrs old) and I have studied nutrition since I was 20. I was vegan from 2016 to 2020 and slowly added meat back into my diet but very little, I ate Beyond Burgers (processed, biggest lie). I have been transitioning to a carnivore diet since Dec 1st and plan on going on strict Carnivore Dec 10th. I have been slowly cutting out coffee, wine (😅) and veggies (I do love butternut and acorn squash with butter and brown surgar). But I have my families support and Dec 10th is the day! I was diagnosed with angina this past Jan 2023 and 2 stents put in, and I started having bleeding in the bowels July and was scheduled for an emergency colonoscopy Dec 14th but convinced my doctor to let me try this diet and we put the colonoscopy off until Feb 22nd. Like I said, I have my family onboard, plants got me here, lets see where meat will take me.
I’m a little bit behind you - I’m on day 21…and I agree to all you are saying! Ohhh man not having cravings or thinking about what to have obsessive thoughts about food is truly life changing!! And to eat and feel satiated and full and it’s so natural to stop eating at that point 😮no more over eating or binging! I haven’t had cravings a single time in 21 days! 🎉 Hugs
So well said, it’s “not about just dropping a few pounds. It’s about living well!” I’m looking forward to seeing your iodates as you travel this journey!
I am 61 days in strict Carnivore. I have not lost any weight to mention after my initial 4.5 lbs in the first 2 weeks. I also haven’t had an allergy Med since I started. IBS of ten years under control. Fingernails went from awful splitting and breaking to beautiful and healthy and strong! Just shocking results but I really want the weight to start dropping.
Hi!! Thank you so much for watching the video, sincere apologies for responding to you so late. I got there! I have learnt over the course of my journey that when your body prioritises healing, it does not prioritise weight loss. When your body is healing, it actually holds onto the weight, so that it can restore and heal any tissue that needs repairing from the damage your previous diet has caused. Once you heal, that is when it will prioritise rebalancing your metabolism. Keep in mind, we’ve all lived our lives according to diet, restriction and calorie restriction to maintain a healthy weight. This damages your body as well, as it does not allow your body to be fully nourished when it needs to be. It is currently craving nutrients and healing. Let this play out, and after a few months of healing or however, long is required for you to heal, your bodies metabolism will start to level. Hang in there 😊
I’m 3 kilos down and plateauing. After 27 days. Not bad. One of our problems is impatience with the scales. Look to your waist size. Apparently, carnivore increases muscle which is heavier than fat. Finally, and annoyingly, I’ve gone back to counting calories. But in the end that is the only solution.
Just started carnivore as well, about a month ago. First 2 weeks in, 3 days of butt burning oxalate dumping, then nothing. Back to normal. I do weight train, and I have noticed fatigue, I'm hoping that gets better. I'm still working out the types of foods to eat. I too have sugar cravings, but not as bad as before. I also watch the same group of people as yours, they are a wealth of information. I will track your journey over the course of the weeks out of sheer curiosity. I read hundreds of comments on all the videos that I view, and the results are nothing short of amazing. I'm looking forward to fabulous results as well, but I will admit, the first few weeks were a real bugger. I grew up around a bakery, and I am a bread freak. That has been a tough one, and my noodles, to give up. I plan to stick with it though, and videos like yours are going to be very instrumental for seeing real time changes. No pressure, lol. Keep up the good work you look great! Have an awesome week! BTW, subbed and liked.
Hello! Thank you so much for watching, and for sharing your own experience! No pressure at all haha, I continue to become intolerant of cheese, so I need to kick that off my diet now. I wish you the best on your own journey, please do keep me posted!
People judged and warned me too but now after loosing 20kg since April and looking good they are eating more meat and a few have been converted to carnivore 😁👍🏻
Thank you for posting this video. I am in my 60s and am only on day 6 of my carnivore journey it is a steep learning curve. I have been eating Keto and Low Carb on and off for 10 years but was finding it hard to resist cravings, especially when stressed. I have found myself binging for periods and not able to get back on track. Like you, I had 10 years eating a plant-based diet. This led to diagnosed irritable bowel, intolerances, high blood pressure, joint problems and depression as well as weight gain. My doctor recommended that I try carnivore with fatty carbs like avocado and olives to start which was helpful in the first few days. Yesterday, I felt I didn't need them but I'm wondering whether I might cycle with this like you have. I have also had some headaches and fuzzy or overactive brain. Your recount of your journey and experiences as well as your reference of other youtubers to follow for information has been so helpful and encouraging to me. I have liked and subscribed and look forward to following your journey.
Incredible comment, thank you so much for sharing and for watching my video. I’m glad it helped you. I will update as much as I can. It will take a while for our bodies to heal but it will happen. Be kind to yourself in this process and please do keep me posted.
Do be kind to yourself. You are no worse off than had you never done any keto. I find that high fat is what I need. I getmost of that from butter used to cook with. Deep fried (in butter) chicken (no breading) and then dipping sauce of 4 parts melted butter to 1 part Valentina's hot sauce (pepper and vinegar). Unlike many will say . . . FAT is GOOD for you. Especially the older we get. I too am in my 60s - never even knew what carbohydrate meant. One year after learning - down 40# and long time high blood pressure is now normal.
Oh thank you so much! And thank you for watching! Everyone on their journeys inspire me too, I definitely have lots to do and far to go! Hang in there as well!
I'm about 7 weeks in and have experienced many similar things to you. I noticed my weight plateaued a few times, yet I was definitely shrinking at the same time.
Aww bless, thank you!!! Thank you so much for joining my journey, it’s so lovely to hear you’re sticking to it. I’m sorry that your husband hasn’t been very supportive. Some people just want to see the proof in the pudding. It’s only because he cares about you. Keep trying to encourage that he watch some videos. Either way, keep doing your thing! X
What an awesome video ! I'm 4 months in with a Ketovore style approach. 22kg down.. energy through the roof... lower back pain gone.. right knee joint pain gone... I'm able to sit on the floor with my kids!!! I use to shy away from it because of the pain in the lower back and knee... I actually feel like I can be a proper dad again. I am living way more in the present moment. I didn't know about the Himalayan salt in coffee!! Omg.. literally made a long black just know and added the salt.. unreal... I can't believe I didn't know about that haha. Thank you so much for sharing all of this!! ❤
It's so great to see a few Aussies on here! Good job to get past the first step and undertake this journey to health and well-being... Stick with it as it only gets better. And yes, you will have days and moments when you eat or drink something that you'll wish you hadn't. Do not be hard on yourself, brush it off and keep going. When I first came across this way of eating I thought it was "b@tsh!t" crazy. Then I thought, I've tried vegetarian, strict vegan, SAD, then Keto, and finally Ketovore. What have I got to lose? After the 4th day on carnivore (mostly beef, lamb, and eggs) I was astonished by the results. No going back from here I thought. Psoriasis and eczema since I was 3 gone. Skin softer and smoother. Nails and hair thicker. Deeper sleep through the night. I was getting toned muscles like I was going to the gym. No more knee, hip & finger pain from footy injuries and past surgery. My mind feels clearer & I am in a happier mood all the time. So many other benefits I wish I had listed them all. Just past 130 days and full of beans. I can only thank Doctors Chaffy, Baker, & Berry, Ms Kane, & Hogan et al who have taken the time to document and set up communities on here to help spread the word. I wish you all well and good health. PD
Thank you so much for watching my video and so sorry for the delay in responding, life is hectic! Thank you so much for sharing your story, it is so fascinating to read about. Please let me know how you are going with your journey at the moment, would love to hear your progress. Happy New Year!
I smother everything in butter. So good!! Barbara O'Neill is terrific. You are most definitely not eating enough fat if uou ate constipated. My BM's are soft and only every couple of days and much smaller now. Your body is using more of the nutrients in the meat than it could with including veggies and fruit.
YES…I had the same issues with steak. When my husband would eat steak I would just salivate. He would cut one small piece so I could enjoy the taste, but not get sick. If I ate a steak it felt like it just sat in my stomach and made me feel uncomfortable. NOW…on Carnivore I can eat that delicious steak…and the fat with butter! It’s amazing. Happy to find your channel and look forward to following your journey 🙏
The first few months of carnivore I was oxalate dumping and it was horrible. I was losing what seemed like a lot more hair than normal. But I knew from learning in the carnivore community that was because of years of being vegan. Now my hair loss is better and I'm growing baby hairs. I also felt like I wasn't losing weight ( I don't weigh myself because it triggers my ED). But I knew it was healing diet. Finally after months of being on Carnivore I knew I was losing weight (my thighs weren't touching while walking). After 6 months of being on carnivore, my acne cleared and never came back. I can never go back to carbs because I know what it does to my body. Plus cancer is genetic in my family and I don't want to die of cancer. My mom my son my aunt all died of cancer.
OMG! Thank you SO much for saying that you didn't lose in the first 30 days! I am just coming up on my first 30 days, and I've lost more than a pound, and figured I was doing something wrong.. No one has said anything about this that I've seen, just talk about the wonderful losses people get! I'm in it for blood sugar help, but would love to drop weight. Anyway, thank you so much!
@@Graciel-po5ws my pleasure! Thank you so much for watching. I’m glad you found it helpful. It’s certainly something I wish someone had told me! A lot of people, in particular women, see it as a weight loss, hack and expect immediate results. But it’s mainly to heal our bodies, the weight loss comes afterwards and later on. I hope you are enjoying your own journey and I wish you the best!!
You look beautiful w/o makeup! I’m a 72 y/o great gramma. I did carnivore during the pandemic to feel stronger I didn’t need to lose weight. I do feel stronger. Don’t look at the scale, you look lovely.
Great start! Love the focus on all the other benefits above and beyond weight. I’m 1.5 years keto and have started dabbling in carnivore and extended fasting as my weight loss has slowed to a crawl now that I’m within 20 pounds of my goal. No plan to ever go back to the SAD.
Hello! Thank you so much for watching, and for your comment, greatly appreciate your time and feedback. I’m so glad you found the video helpful. Have you begun your carnivore journey yet? I hope it is going well for you and that you are noticing some positives 😊
3.5 month carnivore here, and two things for you; If you can drastically reduce your salt intake, to practically zip, you should lose water weight right away, that you will definitely notice. And for you to remain fat burning, and in ketosis, you can't have over maybe 20-30 grams total carbs per day. I'm addicted to milk, and milk has both sugars and carbs, which can kick you out of ketosis if you drink too much 😫 Some veggies have too much carbohydrates also. I think it's really important to understand that if we eat tons of fat when we're not in ketosis, it is very bad for us, so it's critical that we try to eliminate all carbs if at all possible. Thanks for telling your story, and good luck on your journey !! From Alaska.
You are going to be big one day. I hope you influence ALOT of people to try and thrive on carnivore. I might turn my channel carnivore concept one day myself. Thanks for the inspiration. Newly subbed! Also you look amazing without make-up! :)
Thank you for sharing your journey!! I am looking forward to your next update! I have been on carnivore for over 60 days! I to have to stay away from the scale as I am realizing there are far more non scale victories!!!
Congratulations on starting your journey and documenting it. It’s great that you are seeing all the issues you have and are able to see things are getting better. Keep it up. We are all with you.
Thank you so much mate, really appreciate that. It has been a ver eye opening experience and my views on modern nutrition have completely flipped. It’s a game changer. Appreciate you buddy 👊
@@MarvelesMeat it really is a game changer. The things that carnivore can fix for everyone is amazing. That's why I think its good to notate all your ailments and to track them daily/weekly. That way you can show people down the road how this has helped.
Thanks for the updates. I've noted most carnivore dieters don't do boiled meats (most prefer frying/dry heat). I find boiling for long hours helpful. And the resulting soup acts as good electrolytes drink. Aslo boiling bones for bone broths.
Thank you for watching! And great tip! I’ve started to air fry my steak, but in winter, I will definitely be making soups and broths for sure, I’ve heard they are fantastic 😊
Young lady I truly enjoyed listing and viewing your God this day from Los Angeles, California (Glassell Park). I am about two months into Carnivore Diet and lost 15 pounds within the first four weeks. However I my weight post has stopped (started at 175 now as of this day 11/18/23 I weight 160. From what I understand and I am experiencing is my body is building more muscle. I tOo have way more energy and clear thinking, the inflammation has gone from my knee and I sleep a lot better. There are so many more good outcomes besides the weight loss. So maybe muscle mass it occurring at this point, none the less I am so glad to hear your happy with how your doing.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Cheers
Thank you for sharing your 30 day journey so far. You are looking really good and your inspiring, I look forward to following your carnivore experience ❤
Hello! Apologies for the delay in responding to you Darlene, thank you so much for watching. I’m very glad you found the video helpful, I will be posting my 90 day milestone in the middle of January, I hope you can watch it 😊 I hope you are doing well on your carnivore journey and I wish you a very happy New Year!
You look well and your face looks much better now than your earlier shots, once you are doing intermittent fasting you will start to drop weight, but if you exercise you may build muscle which increases weight. Keep Winning you are doing great !
Hi! Thanks for watching! The craving’s definitely do punch you in the face, but once the withdrawals pass you realise you never needed carbs or sugar to begin with. It is incredibly freeing. Look after yourself, be kind to yourself with the process and hang in there x
Excellent representation of the carnivore experience. I couldn’t agree more with the satiation point and the Likelihood of returning to a sugar metabolism. I hope your Maintenance exceeds all your expectations. Mine did.
Hi! Thank you so much for watching and for your feedback, really appreciate your time, apologies for responding so late. I will be posting my 90 day milestone in the middle of this month. I hope you are enjoying your carnivore journey and I wish you a very happy New Year! 😊
Your story is the exact same as mine. I've not lost much, maybe 2.5kg, but I've also lost body fat, but it's stayed the same, it is a very slow process, im going on 2 months but i feel like I'm in the refeeding phase, where I was vegan for 6years. I did notice the bloat and farts stopped almost immediately 😂 my menstrual cycle dates have changed but stayed consistent for the 2 months. I have an intolerance to dairy but thought i felt great I'd give it a go, but inflamation returned so I've stopped that. I was also a runner but couldnt run in the adaption stage, i had low energy, i have just started running now again and felt ok. I only eat when I'm hungry and if that's one meal, cool if that's 3 meal, that's also ok. Here to heal and rid my body from all the toxins and bad habits i had and retraining my mind and listening to what makes me feel good and stick to that. All the best ❤
Fellow Aussie here. I’m 30 days in today. Body feels different but no weight loss so far. Suffering terrible oxalate dumping through the skin on my face and neck ( yes, actual crystals pushing through the skin ! ) Hope this passes soon. I’ve had a really large floater in my right eye for sometime and it’s starting to dissipate which is amazing ! ❤🎉🇦🇺
Oh Kim thank you so much for watching, I’m so glad you found it helpful 😊 I will be sharing my 90 day milestone at the middle of this month, hope you can stick around for that. Lots of important stuff to share. Happy New Year!
So glad you're having such great results. Keep it up! If you haven't seen any of Kelly Hogan's videos check them out. She is nearly 15yr carnivore and actually gained weight during her first six months.
Thank you so much for watching my video! This is a great idea, and one I will definitely try, has it given you any inflammation at all? I’ve been avoiding dairy now for this reason.
Thank you so much for sharing the fact you haven’t lost any weight yet. That is where I am at this point. I believe I started on Dec. 4th and it has only been 18 days so far. So not really as long as I have felt it is , if that makes sense. I am trying to stay away from the scale as well. It does nothing for my mental health when I don’t see any progress per se. So I will plug along and see how it goes. I will say this time of year is really hard and I have cheated here and there but nothing drastically. I had to bake and get my grandkids their favorite cookies that are a family favorite. Pack them up and send them off. I am a 74 yrs old. And quite a bit over weight for my small frame of 4’ 11”. But I will persevere toward my journey. Thank you for sharing your story. I look forward to hearing more about your journey in days to come. Aloha. Kathleen
Aloha! Thank you for your comment Kathleen, and thank you for watching, I hope you found the video helpful. I also hope you are greeting the New Year with more motivation for your journey, keep at it! 😊
You’re off to a great start. Just know you will get tempted and cheat but all that matters is you get back on track and keep going forward. I still get them and when I do cheat, what I eat I so much sweater than I remember so I just have a much smaller piece
Thank you so much for watching and apologies for the delay in responding. Greatly appreciate the comment mate. Over Christmas I did fall off the wagon a little bit, but I got straight back on and I feel great 😊
Great to see a fellow Aussie carnivore! I agree with a lot of your comments, particularly with chicken - I just don’t feel satiated so I often have it with beef - just a side dish 😉 this is my third time returning to carnivore and now nearly three months in and feeling better than ever 🙌🏻 I don’t worry about what others think or say… it’s my health journey.
Hello fellow Aussie! Thank you so much for watching, and for your comment, really appreciate your time! I hope you are enjoying your journey and enjoying the food, let me know how you’re going, and happy New Year!
I wasn’t loosing any weight either. But I gained muscle, I noticed cellulite disappearing in some parts, lovehabdles disappearing and overall getting more and more in shape miraculously. Visceral fat defenitely decreased, external fat also decreased but still got a bit left. Skin improved, balanced mood, no more bloat, mentally sharper no more brain fog. No need to brush teeth as much, calmer state of mind
Hi! Thank you so much for watching the video. I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to you! Hectic life! This is so good to hear, I’m so happy that you’ve seen such phenomenal results both physically and mentally. I hope you’re still enjoying your carnivore journey and I wish you a very happy New Year!
hi there! thanks for reply! i am still going. Months 6 so far. I would still love to drop another 10 to 15 lbs and it doesn´t really seem to happen... but i am no lobger overweight. in the e upper normal range now. if you have any ideas for how to move on from here please let me know :). i am 38, female. moderate activity. i tend to undereat in calories i noticed and the stricter i go carnivore the less appealing the food seems to me and the less hungry i get. therefore i have wondered if this means that i should go on a fast? any ideas to this? @@MarvelesMeat
@@johannaj2009Dr Ken Berry said when weight loss stalls it can be because you’re not eating enough fat and calories. Eating enough fat and calories will balance your hormones to make it easier for your body to drop the weight, and also doing intermittent fasting. Fast between 16-20 hrs per day or do between 1-3 day fasts
Thank you for sharing. I've been doing carnivore for about as long as you. I was doing really good. Weight loss and feeling better then my cycle started and I am struggling right now
Hi! Thank you so much for watching Ashley, appreciate your time. In the early days, I struggled with my cycle as well, but I say this to everyone, please investigate biltong. It is a great snacking choice, and really harnesses the cravings you just have to get biltong with no added sugar or carbohydrates. Go to a local South African shop or butcher that specialises in biltong. I hope you’re feeling much better! 😊
It is quite possible that you are gaining muscle weight at precisely the same rate as losing fat, so it seems like nothing is happening, but your body is actually doing heaps of recomposition ❤ this has been some peoples’ theory anyway.
Thank you so much for watching! I had made that assumption as well, hopefully that’s the case, and hopefully some of it is heading to my brain as well! 😅
I'm like 10 months in or so. I've lost a little bit over 5lb VERY slowly. No matter how much I eat, I don't gain. It's definitely different for most of us women. Even Kelly Hogan said her last 60 lbs took forever to come off and Steak and Butter Gal put on 25lb in the beginning. Lots of healing to do!! We must to remain patient 😊 healthy weight loss and it's so worth the wait! Also, fyi, constipation is usually fixed with some magnesium supplementation.
Hello Tiffany! Thank you so much for your comment and for watching my video! I’ve definitely heard of their stories, which is great, because I don’t feel so alone in this anomaly! Thankfully, my healing journey didn’t take as long as I would have thought, and I’m gradually starting to lose the weight again, which is great. I hope you are enjoying your journey as well and thank you so much for the tip on magnesium, happy New Year!😊
Here in the USA, I go to butcher or Whole Foods for my ribeyes. I but a whole side and ask them to slice it. I tell them to learn on all fat- no trimming. There’s a tail of fat on each steak that you can save for your less fatty meat. You will put on muscle on this diet and muscle weighs more than fat. You have to go by body composition more than the scale. Since you were vegan then your body is prioritizing healing over burning a lot of fat right now.
Hi!! Thank you so much for watching my video and for commenting, sincere, apologies for the delay in responding to you. Greatly appreciate your feedback. Here mate, I think you’re spot on. It depends on which butcher you go to. Their Chuck steaks are more expensive than the local supermarkets, but then again you never know what’s in the local supermarkets meat these days. Yes, definitely agree, because I was vegan and vegetarian for a number of years, my body is definitely prioritising healing,. I’ve learnt to try and accept the process, and enjoy it as best I can with this delicious food 😊 thank you so much again and happy New Year
I think it depends on what you were eating before and the # of calories. Those who lose the most weight probably were eating lots of carbs, processed foods, high fructose products.
Thanks for watching! I’ve put on 4kgs 😵💫 haha, but I’ve been informed it’s normal. And I’ve been very sick the last week so that likely has a lot to go with it
Thank you so much. Yes I’ve recently learned I can’t do too much pasteurised cheese 🫢 So I’m chucking it all together. I don’t have sugar cravings anymore either so I no longer need to sip on milk as a ‘treat’.
I’m on day 7 and I’m surviving quite well. You do not need to lose weight. You look like the perfect healthy young woman to me. I’m coming from morbid obesity so I hope for good weight loss. I don’t feel I’ve lost weight yet. I’m hoping that changes soon. Although I’m feeling weak and lightheaded and not up to too much activity my skin has cleared up for the first time in years. Lupus has been so hard on my skin so that is fabulous. Some days I have two meals and sometimes one is enough. It was so interesting to hear of your experiences. You look beautiful without makeup. ❤ Thank you you have inspired this fat unhealthy old lady bless you❤
Hello Lisa! Thank you so much for watching and for commenting, I’m so sorry for getting back to you so late, life has been crazy. Thank you so much for sharing your story, I think it is so important for you to just knuckle down and stick with it. Because please believe me it gets better. I will be posting my 90 day milestone in the middle of this month, please make sure you watch it. I’m so glad you found this video helpful, and I hope it continues to help you on your journey. Be kind to yourself, because your body is healing from so much prior damage, it will take time. Dr killed says that when your body is healing, it tends to store weight, but it doesn’t store it for long. Once you heal, your body will let it go. Focus on healing now and the rest will follow ❤️
@@MarvelesMeat Loved your post. It gave me the inspiration to continue. 40 days in with a break for Christmas goodies and have lost 29.7 lbs so far and feeling better in myself than I have for years. Two tragic deaths have had me thinking to drown my sorrows in bad food as was my way since early childhood but I’m hanging in there. Cheers🍵🍵
Hello -- it sound like you may be in Australia ??!! I am in NSW. With so many carnivore channels from USA, it is great to know about you 💟💛 I am not sure if I'll stick with this, as my body is not in good shape, I switched from vegan (fruit-based, and also starch-based), to carnivore, and now ketovore and still undecided ! Will be good to view more videos from you. What r your favourite carnivore people / doctors ??
Hello! Thanks so much for watching! Yes I’m certainly in Australia, Sydney, the land of the unaffordable 😅 I’m still looking for reliable places to shop, Woolies and Coles can kiss my nethers. Stupid expensive. My favourite Doctors are definitely Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Boz, and Dr Kiltz. I would love to find more located in Australia though, A LOT if not ALL are American based.
Thanks for posting your experiences - I'm just starting out - 48yr old man, just trying to lose a few kgs and stay fit and healthy. To date I've always tried to eat healthy but the second I looked at carbs, I got a belly. And I was never really full after a meal - well I was full but not satisfied. Whereas now I do feel very satisfied after a meat meal. I come from a science background so I'd like to understand this more. One Q - do you count calories? For example, are you maintaining the same calories intact as before just with it coming from meat and fat? The reason I ask is that there are so many videos out there where people are discussing Carnivore and there's a low key suggestion that you can eat as much as you want on Carnivore which I can't imagine is correct - I think I've only seen 1 video where they said Carnivore will work fine and you'll lose weight but the calories intake still has to be appropriate - it can't be 6000 calories of bacon and eggs. For me on deficit, I'm on 1900 calories, so I'm tracking what I'm consuming. I know there are a lot of videos touting Carnivore as an ancestral way to live but I suspect the real mechanism is the satiety, where the body recognises it has sufficient fuel based on the protein and fat and turns off the appetite pathways. But from what I can gather, very few research groups are interested - but when you consider the way of life in the Western world and how much money is spent on everything tied to sugar, I guess there's more research dollars elsewhere. Thanks again...
Hello! So sorry for the late response, thank you so much for watching, found your comment very interesting! I do not count calories at all, many carnivore doctors have said this is a waste of your time. You need to eat as much as your body wants before it is full, this is specifically so your body can heal and get the nutrients it has been starved of. In the beginning, your body craves more, because it has been starved, the more time passes, the more you will notice you are eating a bit less. After about four-six months, this diet can be very calorie restrictive, so there is no need to count them :) please check out Dr Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry for more! 😊
Are you fasting intermittently? I do and I'm not fatigued at all. In fact, I work a full day and only eat at night. I didn't need to lose much weight, but have and now hover at my ideal weight.
Hi!! I was fasting, but I’ve heard it’s not ideal to do when you’re in your first 6 months. The body needs ample nourishment to heal and when you’re hungry you must eat. So I’m going off that at the moment. It also depends on how I feel, but I’m gradually working it out 🙂
I also can not have coffee without salt anymore. I did carnivore for two year. It was the best I’ve felt in 20 years in every single way, also lost 75 lbs. I went through a crazy stressful period for a year and went off carnivore because of convenience/ stress. Such a huge mistake. Im desperately trying to get back to 100% carnivore and fasting but still fighting the sugar demons on the daily, I’ve made progress but I’m not quite there yet. I’m desperate to feel amazing again.
Thank you so much for your comment Penny, and so sorry for the delay in responding to you, I got there! I’m very sorry to hear that you’re struggling so much with sugar, addiction and cravings, it really isn’t nice. It’s terrible that industry is voluntarily putting people in this position, I think it’s awful and a form of genocide. When you get those cravings, please think about what you deserve in life. Do you deserve the best? Or do you deserve the worst? Do you deserve to continually struggle? Or do you deserve to treat yourself the way you should be? Self talk is key in this scenario. I’ve heard a lot of people have some yoghurt or cream to avert their cravings and give them that snack fix. Biltong is a good one too! But it starts with self-discipline, it starts with you. Be kind to yourself, and I hope the New Year sees you successfully master your journey ❤
I’m on day 10 and had some foul diarrhoea yesterday but otherwise okay. I’m pretty bored of the diet though and purely because of that I’m veering towards wanting carbs. Will move away from wings, bacon etc and more towards beef. I must say though, OMAD during work days is working and my energy levels are far more consistent.
For those who NEED sweet . . . I use "Pure Sweet" brand of white stevia powder one heaping half teaspoon for a gallon of super sweet tea (takes even less for coffee). --- Right on about weight loss - don't watch the weight scales - your body is changing even without weight loss - but it will eventually start dropping if you are truly over weight.
Thank you so much for watching and for your comment! Greatly appreciate your time and your feedback, I don’t feel like I need sweet things so I’m lucky in that respect, but my body is definitely still healing so it will not prioritise weight loss just yet 😊
I'm 3 weeks on carnivore and experiencing pretty much the same things. My goal is actually to get some weight, I was 64kg when started carnivore with 170cm height, now I'm barely 60kg but my power in gym is growing incredibly. After 2-3 days I got shredded like hell... But I still believe I gonna get some kilograms in few months
@@alexdmarcon What is special about it? I lost all the retained water from the body. Around 3 kg of body weight. I use to have abs all the time for last 4-5 years. I was skinny from when I started to eat a lot of carbs with the whey protein and I couldn't take any body weight since then.
Just found you I’m a fellow Aussie, and fellow South African, bring die Biltong. I want to try the carnivore as I’ve been on keto and lost 22 kgs and picked up 10kg after my drama with covid. I’m a,ways confused as too how much meat to eat. I’m good at fasting 18:6, need my morning coffee. Tfs your journey. I’m 58 years old.
Hello fellow Aussie and Saffa! Thank you so much for watching, I appreciate your comment and I apologise for the delay in responding to you, life has been hectic! Biltong has been a godsend for snacking, it really has saved me, I just need to be careful about which biltong I get, to make sure there’s no added sugar’s. As for how much meat to eat, you need to eat until you are a satiated. In the beginning, you will be capable of eating a lot and does the month progress. You will notice that your body has begun to heal and you won’t need to eat as much to feel a satiated. Have enough fat with your meat and add butter, with salt to taste. In the beginning, your body will crave the nutrients as it wasn’t so nourished before on your previous diet, so you will eat a lot more :) there’s nothing wrong with that, so please don’t calorie count. It’s not necessary.
I have been dealing with allergies more this last year even doing carnivore for nearly two years. We started curing and smoking our own bacon. I found that high histamine foods are triggering my allergies. I am eating fresh meat now and feeling much better.
Hi! Thank you so much for watching, and for your comment, greatly appreciate your time, apologies for the delay in responding! This is fascinating, I will definitely read more into this because it sounds very accurate. I’m glad you have fixed your triggers, this is such wonderful news!
@MarvelesMeat Just so you know, PLEASE learn to enjoy ground beef. If it's medium ground beef around 80/20 it has a great fat ratio. Make and grill patties, or cook in a pan with extra butter and put an over easy egg over and enjoy the "yolk gravy"... Congrats on joining the healthiest humans on earth! Keep it up with the journey!! Inexpensive and near perfect mix. If you find a butcher to make it, they can go 70/30 protein/fat ratio for you even, with any cut of beef you like... I buy the entire front "chuck" for example, the area ahead of the ribs, 2 muscles there. The "chuck EYE" which is the end of the ribeye we all love so much and I have him cut it into delicious fast fry 1/4" thick slice to do on the grill in minutes! The other half is tougher, so he grind in the fat cap on it for GREAT hamburger meat! Gets you 20 lbs of meat relatively inexpensively! All the best!
Hello! Thank you so much for watching and I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding! I have certainly enjoyed some ground beef since putting this video up, and I absolutely love it with eggs and butter. Genius suggestion, I thank you 😊
I’m day 29……. I had a HJ’s ice cream yesterday and today I feel so shit……. Carnivore Is definitely amazing and by having that shit sugar hit yesterday has highlighted how good carnivore is. Down 8kg and not looking back
Hi! Thank you so much for watching, and for your comment, I apologise in the delay in responding to you, life is hectic. Absolutely agree! I did the same at Christmas. Surprisingly everyone had finished the meat and there was nothing left to eat, I didn’t come prepared enough, and I succumbed to a sugar fix. I felt shit the very next day and got my shit together thereafter 😊 I’m glad hear that you are going strong again, I hope you are enjoying the journey!
I’m almost three years in and still feel amazing. Best not to get your bloodwork done for at least 6 months according to Dr Berry. Your body will still be regulating your cholesterol. Mine went way up then back down naturally. Not in a normal range for my doctor but definitely normal for a carnivore. Good luck
Thank you so much for watching Ellen, and thank you very much for your comment and feedback. I absolutely agree. I’m so glad you’ve had amazing results and that you’re still going strong, happy New Year! 😊
I think with weight loss people can forget that on a proper eating plan only half your body is on a diet and the other half is on a bulk - where you lose body fat but increase your muscle mass. Those $50 body mass scales give the rough picture where you see your fat percentage go down but your muscle mass percentage go up and it converts those percentages to lbs/kgs.
At some point in your journey remove the coffee, it was a game change for me. When ALL the plant toxins are out of your system, your body goes into overdrive healing itself. Don't worry about the scale it's a useless metric just Like LDL, go by how you feel and how your clothes/rings are fitting :) Keep going!!
Absolutely, I couldn’t agree more!! I don’t really drink coffee that much anymore, I’ve even gone off the caffeine. Crazy how much you can change after getting pregnant! 😊 Thanks for the comment, and thank you so much for watching my little journey!
30 days in you should already be fat adapted and able to exercise. Not losing weight could be too much dairy. Although I was 120kg when I started keto/carnivore and getting down to 85 was easy and then it slowed down, now at 72kg I had to do a 48 hour fast to get to 71kg, but then I have been working out and I have gone up on my weights so I could be gaining muscle which is why the scales aren't dropping any more. Kicking the carb addiction is definitely the best part.
Hello! Thanks so much for watching, and for your comment George,, greatly appreciate it! Yes, definitely, I will be doing my 90 day milestone video in the middle of this month and will have some more things to share. It’s definitely been a great journey, and I’m really glad that I was able to kick the carbohydrates and sugar 😊
Very interesting how you say its a different kind of fullness. I feel that way too. With carbs, it filled up my belly because of the fiber and it was a stomach fullness however I was still hungry yet feeling stuffed in the belly. Just not satisfied. With meat and fat, I don't feel it in the belly... it's just a mental thing in my head where I feel satisfied and really full. No way in heck am I eating more.
When you judge your blood work, you need to view the results with a different mindset. Now that you are feeling good, your blood work will represent the blood panel of a healthy and happy you. I have been eating carnivore 6 years now. Over the years my total “cholesterol “ has been 144, 207, 250, 293, 276, 622 and 476. I feel better and better as time goes by. My point being I hope you judge your health on how you feel and look, not how the blood panel looks.
You could try carb cycling with sweet potato and berries maybe rice Casava 2 times a week it will keep you insulin functioning as it should,at least that’s what I have read and it seems to make sense, even remote tribes prize carbohydrates and will reload on them when they possibly can
Thank you for watching and for your comment! I find carb cycling gives me digestive issues, and I don’t need carbs for energy thankfully, feeling good! Appreciate your input though! 😊
@@MarvelesMeat, true. I've seen canned "Alaskan" Salmon from Thailand... NOOO WAY. Must be from Alaska to be pure. I like Rubenstein's, a Trident Seafoods product, directly from Alaska. Don't let the skin and bones put you off, they are incredibly nutritious. Close your eyes and mix it in, if it bothers you.
Yeah, hi from Adelaide. Great to hear it from an Aussie girl though I suspected something when the Springboks top showed up. On a similar journey though it’s all about diabetic management here. Occasionally I feel I’d kill for a cream streusel or a cherry danish. Most of my family are vegans so I get the judgement at home as well as at work… keep it up ur going well..!
Hello there! Lovely to meet another Aussie on here, thank you so much for watching my video and apologies for the delay in responding. I hope your carnivore journey is going well, and I definitely hear you on the creamy pastries, it’s terrible 😅 Hopefully your family become more supportive over time and just leave you to it, it can be hard so I hope you’re hanging in there 😊
Hi! Thanks for sharing your journey. Myself on day 52. What I have learned about drinking milk, is that is causes weightgain, I dont think you look like you should lose any btw, but if you did, skipping the milk and other dairy products should give you better results in that area. Have you measured your waist? Also a great indicator good luck!
Hello! Thank you so much for your comment and I apologise for the delay in responding. Since making this video, I have actually cut out milk and dairy, I’ve noticed they do cause further inflammation and started to make me feel and look ‘puffy’ which I did not enjoy 😅 Thank you so much again and happy New Year !
Hi from Melbourne, I’m trying to find some other Carnivores near me. It’d be great to have a meat and greet in my home town. In the meantime channels such as yours keep me on track. 👏
Hi there! Thanks so much for swinging by, it’s lovely to connect with other Aussies! I’m currently in Sydney so if you’re ever here let me know Insta: @marvelesmeat
Maybe you do not have to much fat to lose but it does sound like you are experiencing body recomposition. You said your face is changing. So you have probably lost many inches. I have maybe 150 pounds to lose. lol But I feel motivated by your video to not focus on weight. Besides weight loss there are some other things I want to improve. My energy, my focus, my skin. I hear such great results from everyone in that area. Its seems everytime I focus on the weight I fail and gain more. So I will try this approach. Thanks. I love your enthusiasm and exitement.
Hello! Thank you so much for watching the video and for commenting, I’m so sorry for getting back to you so late. I got there! Life is crazy. Please don’t focus on the weight loss aspect. What you need to focus on his healing your body. In the beginning, when you start carnivore, your body suddenly gets a rush of nutrients and craves more so you will be able to eat quite a lot in the beginning. After a few months when your body is healed or however long the healing process takes, your appetite will start to slow down, and you won’t be able to eat as much because you will be satisfied. Do not calorie count, or be restrictive in your eating, eat until full. You can do it. But be kind to yourself in the process, this all takes time and everyone’s bodies react to it differently. Good luck! 😊
Thank you. Your response is just in time. This is great advice. I did notice that the few times I tried to start I was more hungry than I expected. I keep trying to focus on having a certain eating window, and trying to fast. Like you said, I need to focus on healing. My body does know anything about a routine yet. lol Thank you for responding.
Im a teacher, I feel like I get judged everytime I walk by the trays of cookies, donuts, and candy for out teacher celebrations. I dont touch one thing, because I may have to go home sick! I get so sick eating carbs or veggies!
I don’t know if I missed this part but what was your diet before you try carnivore? Or are you keto and fat adapted or was this all new? Did you wean yourself on?
Hi! I was vegan for a few years, then was vegetarian for another few years. And then fell off the wagon and had a lot of carbs and sugar. So I began carnivore cold turkey.
@@MarvelesMeat wow 😯 I couldn’t imagine how that must have felt in your body… I’ve been in and off keto, usually fall off during holidays when everyone is trying to feed me carbs all the time… I just weaned myself back into keto and I’m feeling so much better already; the aches and pains in my joints is what really makes me stay commuted because just one day of bread or pasta and the next morning I am bloated and my joints are screaming. I’ve been wanting to try the carnivore diet. Thanks for sharing your experience.
@@tzszychulski no problem at all! I’m happy to share my journey if it helps other people, and I’m still very new at it so it’s always great to get feedback from other people as well 😃 Oh, it was definitely a bit of a shock to my body. I cut everything out pretty much immediately, because I was wanting to put my mind and my body through pain. It’s a great way to test yourself. Really good to test your mental strength, and physically it does add strain, but it’s so temporary that I felt a ‘tough love’ approach on myself is what I needed. And boy was I right 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Hang in there and go for it, I’ve avoided the keto diet, with keto carbs, etc because I find that it makes things very easy for you to slip back into old habits. I don’t want to rely on carbohydrates, whether they are real carbohydrates or not. But everyone is different. Keep me posted!
Wow, you've had so many positives in 30 days its quite incredible. Interesting to see what else has impoved after 3mths. Ive heard even eyesight can also improve. Forget focusing on weight, you said you not lost any weight you can notice but later say you have lost it from your face which has given it more definition. 🤔 It does look like you've got more definition to me. You should be blown away by your 30 day results. 😊
Hello! Thank you so much for watching, and I apologise for the delay in responding to you, life is hectic! I certainly did see so many positives in the first 30 days. It was genuinely incredible. Because I was vegan and vegetarian for many many years, my body has to focus on healing before it prioritises weight loss. Usually, when your body heals, it holds onto weight to restore and repair. Dr Kiltz was great in providing this info. Thank you so much for your kind comments and words, greatly appreciate it, and I hope your carnivore journey is going strong!
Awesome keep going!
Go well
you are me!!! at 37 days! I feel so good and any symptom I have is cured with electrolytes.
And she had 3 kids as a carnivore.
Thank you for watching! It sounds like you’ve got this! Well done! I love hearing about how others are travelling, thank you so much for sharing!
Did you mean Dr. Ken Berry when you said Dr. Ben Kerry? lol, I’m guessing yes 😄❤️

Hugs
So well said, it’s “not about just dropping a few pounds. It’s about living well!”
I’m looking forward to seeing your iodates as you travel this journey!
Thank you for watching my video! I will definitely be posting an update mid-January from my 90 day milestone 😊 Happy New Year!
Same here
I lost some weight with eating as many eggs as possible (10 for me) in one sitting and then go on a 36hrs fast. Repeated that several times
Try to add a bit more fat to your diet, and intermittent fasting.
I've been carnivore for 2 yrs. Yes the results are amazing. Keep with it and they will come.
Maybe you need to eat more fat with your meals
I just found your channel and loved hearing your story, you are very inspiring! Thank you!
Thank you for watching! Good on you for almost hitting 8 weeks, great job! It seems that is the pattern, I’m curious to see what time does
Aww bless, thank you!!!
You're correct about ignoring the scale, how your pants fit is the best gauge.
100% mate, far more reliable
Thanks so much for watching!!
I’ve increased my fat intake and am doing incredibly better with stools. It’s a great time to be alive! 😂
Strange it took this long until weight to come off
Thank you for posting this. I’m 71 and wondering if I could this. Been on ketoish diet for awhile .
3.5 month carnivore here, and two things for you;
If you can drastically reduce your salt intake, to practically zip, you should lose water weight right away, that you will definitely notice.
And for you to remain fat burning, and in ketosis, you can't have over maybe 20-30 grams total carbs per day.
I'm addicted to milk, and milk has both sugars and carbs, which can kick you out of ketosis if you drink too much 😫
Some veggies have too much carbohydrates also.
Oxalate dumping gives body aches and headaches. I hope you stay with it. I’m. 18 months carnivore and I’ll never go back to eating plants
I like how you explain in detail how you feel
On Carnivore , like the difference in being full on carnivore. Great job !

I’m very glad you found the video helpful, I will be posting my 90 day milestone in the middle of January, I hope you can watch it 😊
I hope you are doing well on your carnivore journey and I wish you a very happy New Year!
You look well and your face looks much better now than your earlier shots, once you are doing intermittent fasting you will start to drop weight, but if you exercise you may build muscle which increases weight. Keep Winning you are doing great !
Just second week in and have time to time cravings. Specially when rest of my family eating regular diet ful of carbs.
Hi! Thanks for watching!
The craving’s definitely do punch you in the face, but once the withdrawals pass you realise you never needed carbs or sugar to begin with. It is incredibly freeing. Look after yourself, be kind to yourself with the process and hang in there x
Love your video and your honesty! Thank you for sharing. 😊
Aw thank you! Thank you so much for watching 😊
Really glad to hear about your life changing decision to do carnivore. It just keeps getting better and keep posting your videos and I will too. 👁️❤️🥩

So candid and insightful! I found this to be one if the best videos on beginning carnivore. Thank you!
Oh Kim thank you so much for watching, I’m so glad you found it helpful 😊 I will be sharing my 90 day milestone at the middle of this month, hope you can stick around for that. Lots of important stuff to share. Happy New Year!

Hello! Thank you so much for watching, lovely to meet another Saffa on here ❤
So glad you're having such great results. Keep it up! If you haven't seen any of Kelly Hogan's videos check them out. She is nearly 15yr carnivore and actually gained weight during her first six months.
I've lost water weight but my waistline hasn't shrunk. I'm at the beginning though
Hi from the Sunshine Coast. Nice to hear another Aussie experience.
Hello! Thank you so much for watching and apologies for delay! Happy New Year!
I prefer HEAVY CREAM instead of milk. I put it in my coffee without sugar.
Whipping the cream with cinnamon or cloves is a really nice treat.😊
Thank you for this video! It's so so good! And, yes, you look amazing!!

I am looking forward to your next video!! Great video!!
Thank you so much! I will be updating my 90 day milestone mid January!

Preach 🙏🔥
It is quite possible that you are gaining muscle weight at precisely the same rate as losing fat, so it seems like nothing is happening, but your body is actually doing heaps of recomposition ❤ this has been some peoples’ theory anyway.
Thank you so much for watching!
I had made that assumption as well, hopefully that’s the case, and hopefully some of it is heading to my brain as well! 😅
Interesting and very plausible.
@@MarvelesMeatI really hope that's the case
I think gaining muscle and loosing fat makes sense which is why BMI does not seem accurate
I’ve learnt to try and accept the process, and enjoy it as best I can with this delicious food 😊 thank you so much again and happy New Year
Great video, will be looking forward to additional updates as you have them.
Thank you so much for watching, so glad you found it helpful! Will be sharing another video mid-January for my 90 day milestone!
Almost 30 days on carnivore and I haven't lost a thing. Very discouraged but not giving up......yet
I think it depends on what you were eating before and the # of calories. Those who lose the most weight probably were eating lots of carbs, processed foods, high fructose products.
sometimes measuring inches gives you a better idea on what's going on with your body than scales
Thanks for watching! I’ve put on 4kgs 😵💫 haha, but I’ve been informed it’s normal. And I’ve been very sick the last week so that likely has a lot to go with it
You look fantastic well done it's working for me too
Thank you so much! And thanks for watching, I’m so glad you are seeing results as well, that’s wonderful!
Great video. You feel great I feel great, Love carnivore.
try to eliminate dairy if you have asthma, it's a big one

Hi I am in aus too, will be great to talk to someone who is from here and where we can find best meat etc

Hello!
Thanks so much for watching!
Yes I’m certainly in Australia, Sydney, the land of the unaffordable 😅
I’m still looking for reliable places to shop, Woolies and Coles can kiss my nethers.
It also depends on how I feel, but I’m gradually working it out 🙂
@@MarvelesMeat, you are correct, everyone has to do what works for them.
Keep going. Don't give up
Thank you so much for your comment Penny, and so sorry for the delay in responding to you, I got there!
I can imagine only eating meat. Well there is eggs, and fish like tuna and salmon but those get boring too
For those who NEED sweet . . . I use "Pure Sweet" brand of white stevia powder
one heaping half teaspoon for a gallon of super sweet tea (takes even less for coffee).
---
Right on about weight loss - don't watch the weight scales - your body is changing even without weight loss - but it will eventually start dropping if you are truly over weight.
Thank you so much for watching and for your comment! Greatly appreciate your time and your feedback, I don’t feel like I need sweet things so I’m lucky in that respect, but my body is definitely still healing so it will not prioritise weight loss just yet 😊

I felt shit the very next day and got my shit together thereafter 😊
I’m glad hear that you are going strong again, I hope you are enjoying the journey!
I noticed ur wearing a boks jersey, R u South African? Great feedback
Hi! Thanks for watching!
I certainly am, I was born in Joburg and came to Aus in 2000. I’m still a passionate Bok supporter 😊 🦌
@@MarvelesMeat go Bokke. I'm looking forward to your next video.
As far as the cost I feel that the increased costs are offset by not eating all the other s#&t.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thank you very much for watching, greatly appreciate your time 😊
This video is a great help if you want to start with carnivore diet. I will start in a few days, at the moment I just exchange one meal for carnivore.
Thank you so much for watching, so glad you found it helpful. Have you started on your carnivore journey? And how are you going? 😊
Liked and Subscribed.
I would like to constructively suggest adding wild caught Red Alaskan Salmon, Sardines and Anchovies.
Mate thank you so much. Absolutely, I’d love to incorporate more seafood, just need to get it from the right place 😇
I hope your carnivore journey is going well, and I definitely hear you on the creamy pastries, it’s terrible 😅
Hopefully your family become more supportive over time and just leave you to it, it can be hard so I hope you’re hanging in there 😊
Hi! Thanks for sharing your journey. Myself on day 52. What I have learned about drinking milk, is that is causes weightgain, I dont think you look like you should lose any btw, but if you did, skipping the milk and other dairy products should give you better results in that area.
Have you measured your waist? Also a great indicator
good luck!
Hello! Thank you so much for your comment and I apologise for the delay in responding. Since making this video, I have actually cut out milk and dairy, I’ve noticed they do cause further inflammation and started to make me feel and look ‘puffy’ which I did not enjoy 😅
Thank you so much again and happy New Year !
@@MarvelesMeat starting January I am trying Lion diet to see how that goes. Good luck!
@@Suzanne-goes-Carnivore good stuff! Best of luck to you too!
Thanks!!
You look great, keep it up. 👍
Thank you so much!
I’m currently in Sydney so if you’re ever here let me know

@@MarvelesMeat I do visit Sydney regularly. Was born there. Looking fwd to more of your content. My fingernails are better too. 😉
My body does know anything about a routine yet. lol
Thank you for responding.
@@MzCrayKray You shouldn’t fast within the 6-10 month window. But it depends on when you’re ready 😊 Healing is priority.
I’m happy to share my journey if it helps other people, and I’m still very new at it so it’s always great to get feedback from other people as well 😃
Oh, it was definitely a bit of a shock to my body. I cut everything out pretty much immediately, because I was wanting to put my mind and my body through pain. It’s a great way to test yourself. Really good to test your mental strength, and physically it does add strain, but it’s so temporary that I felt a ‘tough love’ approach on myself is what I needed. And boy was I right 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hang in there and go for it, I’ve avoided the keto diet, with keto carbs, etc because I find that it makes things very easy for you to slip back into old habits.
