Hey like if u wanna take pre-workout meal you should go for light meal 1 hour before workout as if you go for any heavy shake like smoothie 1 hour before workout if will cause bloating or vomiting so be wise while choosing meal for pre workout so if you have eaten heavy lunch so majorly there is no need for pre workout but if u feeling little bit hungry go for any fruit 🍓
