- I have been training since the past 3 years, and after trying soo many exercises i have found the best workout split and exercises for myself that gives me the most insane mind muscle connection and the best pump.
I follow a Push/pull/legs split and because of it i can train my each muscle twice a week which is ideal for a Natural Lifter, so in this video I will be sharing my Push Workout with you in which i will be explaining my routine in Detail.
This is my Push Workout that i have been following from the last 8 months, and i have seen some crazy changes in my physique.

@@parthibneogi7909 bulk ya cut majorly calorie intake pr depend krta h . And agar bulk kr rhe ho toh intensity of training increase kr dena like high weight with low reps , increased number of sets. And agar cut kr rhe ho toh intensity decrease kr dena like moderate to low weight with high reps .

I understand that we should not overload ourselves with exercise, but just 2 exercises for shoulders and 1 for triceps is enough for the muscles' growth?
Yeah it's easily enough as long as you use the progressive overload routine and do enough repa and sets

PPL Workout ka matlab week me Push 2 days, Pull waali 2 days and Legs waali 2 days. So, total 6 days workout. Right?

I am very skkiny my weight only 47 kg at age of 20 . I go gym from 8 month and I feel no change no mussel gain no weight gain I do bro split . I think now I try push pull leg .

I daily do home workout with 15kg dumbells since last 1.5months but from 2 days I'm feeling very tired. There's no energy to do workout, feels like feverish(though it's not fever coz there's normal temperature on thermometer but it feels like:( so should i take a break for this week or shall i continue to do workout?
Do whatever you feel like, just take some rest and you will know when you need to get the workout donee
