    Very informative...
    Sirji, I m working out for the past 4 years...I haven't consumed any form of any supplement...
    I m 6'2"... My chest is 44" and my upper arm is 17.3"...I have hit a plateau..size is not increasing..
    I workout for around 1.5 -2 hours 6 days a week ...
    Should I include supplements?
    If yes then which one??

    Sir, if you are big fan of coconut oil, please use cold press coconut oil. Which is made using traditional wooden pot.yiu can procure from Maharashtra or tamilnadu. It is widely used there.

    Itna thoda sa khanaa khake itni jaan kaise bana liye bhai.. mein toh 1kilo cooked rice khaa leta hoon with 500gm of chicken gym ke baad fir bhi pait nahi bharta😂🤣
