Hello, I have problem with 1.9 mJTD 16 150 hp.
I hear some kind of ticking noise while engine is cold, and expecialy when engine is under load, for example I am going on slightly uphill and I hear noise. When engine is at optimal running temperatire, engine does not produce any sounds at all and works perfectly fine. I also notices when I press down pedal, on around 3000rpm i have a bit black smoke in the back on load, on highway. When I bought a car, car mechanic told me that one injector is doing correction but nothing major (2 years ago).
The engine runs just fine in general I have no rpm up and down, have a power, does not leak anywhere and engine is not oily from outside.
I use 5w30 Ravenol oil, I get recommendations for that oil so I use that oil. I change oil and filters on 10.000 km, oil after that amout of KM is still yellow color.
Do you know what would that could be? Maybe faulty injectors?
