The water reflects the light, helping the resin to cure faster.

Would you do the water cure with any type of resin?

What's the benefit of dropping it in water when you cure it? I did notice you got a very smooth outer surface....does the water do that? How do you avoid bubbles?

If I put a name or something on, do I put one more layer of resin on it?

yup, you would put another layer on to seal!
