Thank you so much for posting this! I didn't realize that I was guilty of sticking my butt out too much at address. No wonder my lower back is in constant pain. I tried the neutral spine/pelvic positions you recommended and I must say that now my swing has more range of rotation and is less uncomfortable. It takes some getting used to, though, because I have to undo years of bad habit and consciously be aware of getting my pelvis/hips in the neutral position all throughout the swing. But knowledge is the key and this piece of info and your exercises have really helped a lot. Keep it up!
Thanks for your help Justin Rose.
You really opened my eyes to the real swing. Thanks a bunch for this great video.

Great tip. It will really improve my downswing.
How do you clear the left hip? Do you pull with your left oblique or do you push with your right side?
Very good drills, I will definitely do it until it is combined into my swing
thanks for sharing the drill !
I think most of us amateurs confuse the hip movement with rotating the pelvis, we saw the hips open and presumed it was pelvis rotation.
good stuff... btw, is lordosis is bad golf posture ?...and I should simply lean over from the hips to take my address ??
Can I use a medicine ball for this exercise?
