I’m a lyft driver on weekends, usually nights, and there was this one night about a year ago I was going home, about 3 in morning, and was switching through the stations not on my presets. I then ended up in the lowest frequencies, which aren’t very popular where I’m from and very distorted, and somehow I managed to hear the rhythm of this song and thankfully I was able to quickly shazam it. So after hearing this song on youtube with full clarity, I realized I had found a gem that night, one that I would have otherwise NEVER hear. In a sense, whenever I hear this song now, I like to believe it comes from another universe considering how beautifully crafted this work is and how I heard it through the static in frequencies at 3 in the morning. I know I can easily search the web for all info on this band, but I kind of don’t want to. I love that feeling I get. * 12 am thoughts *
