Heard this song for the first time this morning on my way to work. I cried and listened to it over and over for 25 minutes. Everything in my life right now-mainly work-just seems so hopeless and the harder and more I work it just doesn't seem to pay off and doesn't let up. Everything that makes me happy just gets taken away either by someone or work taking over my life. I'm the boss but we're so short-staffed I have no choice. A vacation just means more work before and after to keep up. What's the point? It just really spoke to me is all, at exactly the right time.

Saw them play this live two days ago. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
Me Too K.. I never heard of them before.. before hearing them on a nighttime talk show that is. Their song was soo good I looked them up online and their songs of course (UA-cam is my given) and have it saved with my FAVS. They should go on as many Nighttime and Daytime talks hows as possible and get their name & music known more. They could go farther. They're Good.
I thought “still out there running “ was the best song by them then I discovered this tonight and I’m completely overcome with joy and a smile. This is a masterpiece.
Before I went to rehab and I was drinking constantly, I had trouble looking people in the eyes. I went a long time without making long eye contact with people. Maybe briefly, but I would look away. Or I would focus on other parts of them instead of their eyes.
It's weird being sober and realizing how long I did this.
The lyrics made me think of this.

Me too. Funny how sometimes a song’s lyrics can open your eyes and reveal truths just below the surface of your consciousness. Wasting precious time is a theme they have visited in prior songs. I’m learning to spend mine better.

The first time i heard this song was when they played as a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last week, i got up and was about to leave my hotel room for work when they started playing and i just had to sit back down to listen to their whole performance.
