Always a good idea Aubrey to put masking tape around the stocking,sticking it to the container you’re straining into! I’ve seen many a stocking fall into the strained paint so you’ve got to start again! Great vids my friend.

I usually use muslin cloth but I was all out. Do you think I could find a stocking or a pair of tights in a house inhabited by a single male? No. I tried a light business sock. Useless. And hit upon a better idea - a tea strainer. Works well for, in this case - heavier enamel paint. I enjoy your presentations - matter-of-fact - without fanfare, music or cliched Hollywood introductions.
