Yep, for longer than a year she had the money and didn't donate it. Which proves she lied under oath in the previous court. Now all Depp's team needs to do is say if she is willing to lie under oath in the past - she's willing to lie under oath now. Add that to the psychologist's diagnosis of her lying personality traits and it calls into question her testimony about the abuse. If the abuse isn't proven, it just was proven she is willing to lie under oath, and she is willing to lie about money - it is essentially obvious that there her statements in the op-ed were false, she lied about it, and she profited off it. I think Depp's team proved he suffered financially as a result of the allegations. This is almost open and shut to me.

Am I missing something? I didn't think she made these abuse claims until AFTER they were divorced....so maybe when that was signed she hadn't made them yet. However, surely with the judge, Heard will NOT receive $100M from Depp that she is counter suing him for. AND the other part of this is that...most likely her acting career will probably be completely OVER because the majority of people will either boycott the movie or the company she would work for. So, again IMHO, Depp has already won.
