This is absolutely beautiful. I will be making this next weekend for 6. How much of this can I make in advance? Any recommendations on prepping this? Can I prepare earlier and serve chilled? If I chill is it ok to leave in molds or will it stick, etc. I will have a lot of other food going on also. Thank you so much!

I tried this recipe from A to Z, and it was pretty good overall, especially the presentation. I use a coffee cup to stuff ingredients upside down so after removing the cup they looked exactly as on the video. It was nice and impressive. However, I find the guacomolle was a bit plain, even though I salted it twice, Any suggestions?

There are no such thing as SHRIMPS! Shrimps is not plural for shrimp, it's just Shrimp. And you are a chef
You can use both, like fish or fishes. We call them prawns where I'm from 😄
Nice presentation. But you killed the guacamole by putting way too many ingredients veggies etc. It killed the real taste of avocado. I did not like that.
