I remember this part. First when you escape remember to pick your gear it is located in nearby room. Or you will loses it permanently upon escaping
Yup that would be a bad mistake to make. LOL
@@SlanderedGaming Would be helpful to be shown where the gear actually is. "Nearby" does not really help as a discriptor.
The fact you're told the spell will not last long also puts a pressure of limited time on it that I don't like - outside of the fact for whatever reason the game does NOT autosave before showing the beginning of the scene where Baphomet's Daughter is introduced to us. So you actually have to restart from the point where you rested - if you were smart enough to save before that point. If you weren't... this could be a very frustrating process for those of us who don't like being forced to fail checks.
* The room is go directionally: Up from where you start off. Pass two doors. Turn left down a fork in the hall, and then left again to a door. This is the room with your gear. There WILL be patrolling pairs of demons - and they will catch you if you aren't careful. The minotaurs will NOT see you if these demons don't. So as long as you're careful, it's easy enough to not loose your gear. Had to play through this twice to figure out where it was... so hopefully this will help anyone else who doesn't want to lose fairly expensive items - including at least one Midnight Bolt! : / (The voice should have just gotten your gear for you and passed it to you in general, if it was really a rescue. Just going to say it, Owlcat)

Sorry this is off topic but I was wondering what class you thought paired well with the swarm that walks. Thanks for any feedback!
The main problem with Swarm that walks is you lose access to all of your party members and therefore it's very difficult to get all of the buffs that you need. Consequently I liked using Vivisectionist because thematically it fits, mechanically it provides most of what you need, and just in general it's a great class. Combine it with Magic Nullification and you should pretty much have all the protection you need.

What's the dialogue if you manage to succeed the saving checks while being tortured?
if you succeed the checks to deny information, she'll get angry and batter you. if you succeed the checks to feed misinformation, she'll buy it, calling you a stupid mortal for going along with such a dumb plan.
depending on how much information you let slip, the doppelganger will manage to keep up either a more or less convincing charade, causing more or less damage to the crusade accordingly. i believe if you fail to hide any information, and fail the diplomacy check to convince irabeth it's you, the doppelganger actually manages to escape during her hesitation.
