@@Fr0st1989 Regill tolerates the Lich because he doesn't see anything wrong with using the dead as soldiers, he's more interested in results which is why he calls Azata and Trickster a circus and is furious if you go demon.

@@snonyabeeswaxhonestly, having Regill in your party always feels like you're with your dad, I felt like he was scolding me when I made a deal with the lilitu in the sarkorian temple and he says "well well, what do we have here, making deals with a demon behind the backs of your companions, do you think it's okay for a knight commander to do that?"
Regill is a permanent fixture in my party purely for his dialogue. No playthrough is complete without the occasional dopamine hit of Regill approving of your actions.
It's the funniest, imo. Feeling like you don't give a shit about anyone, you are the one to decide everything and crush all the idiots who dare to walks in your way.

@@JondarKorric You actually can. You'll need to do the secret-ish puzzle on the lost chapel (thus can be missable) and if you do it right, a scene will play out. From then you should be able to recruit her from the prison during the siege.
@@derythwindsor9811 no, actually you can't. I did that puzzle with a Cleric of Desna of all things, and spoke with her and passed the persuasion check. all it does is change the dialogue a bit, and she's still recruited later.

Then on the lost chapel in act 2 you need to acquire the 3 items in the area, put them in the shrine and do the shrine puzzle. Then after talking with her and everything, when you get to drezen, there should've been an option to sing the song of elysium azata choice and that should make her join you.

@@DJ-yo9oi Generally he seems misguided. If you are able to save him from the problem he's dealing with, his end card talks about him being a traveling healer. Also somethings such as the bandit situation is heavily implied (may be outright stated, cant remember), to actually have happened due to The Other, and that it was an actual hostage and he used his excuse as a cover-up.
@@acephantom903it doesn't work. The path of the lich will inevitably corrupt you into a Saturday morning cartoon villain. You can try to hold up the ideals of being a reasonable lich until late in the game where your character will go insane with the negative energy and basically go full blown evil and there is nothing you can do to stop it.
@@CatroiOz I gave up early on because the game really doesn't seem to value your time. Was fighting the first(?) fight of the inn and was doing fine before the minitour showed up and insta killed my whole party.
@@motivateddad Without knowing to expect it 30 turns into the fight, what else could I have done? I assume I had to avoid it and let the captain take it, but in 1 turn it made it to all of my fighters holding back mobs and killed them.

@@SiddarthaTB You should still give Devil a shot just for how you actually get it. If you like Lawful Evil, obtaining it is quite entertaining. But the game tends to actually refuse to let you play a genuine evil that isn't Swarm-That-Hungers (which is almost cartoonishly evil), so...
Daeran should learn to moan less about pious prigs, with his whining he is hardly more fun than them! Also lihghtening up and having fun purging demons is best way, i dont see why he is so dour.

I was a lawful good lich called boneman bates, made only good choices..except for on my mythic quest i was evil.
How did that work? I'm trying to play neutral good and I'm not a fan of the good Mythic choices. Probably going to pick trickster or legend.
