Yesssss! That is the one thing I’ve been craving from CG, a stretch only routine for muscle health after our tough workouts! I’ve seemed those elsewhere, but now we are full circle between warm ups, a full workout library, and post workout stretches. Fabulous!

Personally I like to hold the stretches longer than you do, it seemed a bit rushed also because your timer went straight from one stretch into the next without taking into account the time you need to switch positions. But I paused throughout to do it how I want. Still, will go to other stretching videos in the future where they hold a bit longer or put pauses between the moment where you switch so I don’t have to pause myself the whole time.
So I haven’t been moving for two whole weeks and I’m doing this because my muscles are starting to feel weird. It was so surprising to me that I could actually to the lizard stretch 😭

I first tried this 7 months ago and thought it was amazing. Since then, I do my best to fit it into my schedule, usually after an EPIC workout, at least 3 times a week. I still love everything about it. I feel so calm and relaxed afterwards. It is my favourite ‘stretch’ of all time. Thank you Caroline. You are awesome 🤩💖

Just a personal feedback. I love stretching, even better if yoga inspired like this, however I would prefer to do maybe less exercises but to stretch for longer (hold for 45, 50 secs at least). Thanks Caroline 😘
