Excellent butt workout! My favorite is the lay on your belly with the band and lift your legs and pulse to the sides! I REALKY felt the upper flutes!!! Thank you Sydney!!!!
Great workout! I am doing pelvic floor physical therapy after having my 3rd baby and so many of these exercises my physical therapist is having me do! I'll be coming back to this one often!

Any chance you could create a 30 - 40 minute workout of butt, legs, abs, back training and a little bit of upper body toning similar to this that is low intensity but a burnout for each of those areas using resistance bands and dumbbells? I am in the 50-60 age group and have moved past the HIIT aspects after 40 years of it, but still love the concentrated burn challenge for each area. Love your work! Many thanks.
I had no resistance band so I figured I would start with my heaviest weight.... Hmmm I managed it throughout the whole glute bridge section, though at the time I felt like crying... Haha, thank you again for all that you do. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

I appreciate Sydneys' workouts because they're progressive as she's always encouraging us to lift heavier. "If you think you can you should", she always says. So start with whatever weight you're at now for any workout.
