wtf? how does this only have over a hundred views and not thousands? quality stuff, man! i'm sure it will blow up one day in the algorithm. keep doing what you're doing 👍
I came to say the same. Less than 1k views? This content is top. Keep going, this is the content we need, youtube will remember that sooner or later...
I have such a respect for the original Prince of Ppersia. I was a little young to play back then (I was born in 1992) But Prince os Persia plataform and movement style inspired my favorite game Ever: Tomb Raider. Without it, Tomb Raider probably wont exist, and if it did, would be a lot different than the game we have and love so much
Same, I was born in 89, and I don't think I remember ever seeing the OG PoP. But yeah without PoP, I have no idea where TR would have gotten their movement inspiration from. They might would have had to invent it I guess, cuz off the top of my head right now, I dont think any other game had the movement of PoP. Thanks for watching!
32:03 RIP Sand Tigers idea for the Zoo, that part would have been nuts to reach in SoT hahaha. And as for the Gryphon, while it was scrapped here they did eventually bring it back as a Boss encounter in Warrior Within and the idea of "multiple encounters until you get a Sword strong enough to kill it" was moved over to the Dahaka in that game instead.
I watch plenty of video game development lore at work. Words can’t explain the enjoyment I get from really figuring out the specifics and reasons behind major games that I played as a child. This videos really fill in the gaps about gaming development that I never knew I’d hear the backstory about. This videos are golden and the viewer count saddens me, really wish there was something I could do to get these videos out to the masses because there’s too many videos out there with more views that aren’t half as detailed and compelling as yours.
Aye I appreciate that! Sometimes videos are slow goers. I tested many titles, cuz I think the thumbnail is good enough. But sometimes it just takes a bit. Thank you for the kind words
I have no idea why your channels views are so spoty. Ive gone in and watched half of them already and they are all fantastic. I hope you keep going and one day the algorithm picks you up
13 k bugs, the average of an modern AAA title 😂😂😂 Greit work. I bet its worth for you to look deeper into the death of the metal gear franchise and hideo kojima. Plus mgs 3 gets a make over from konami, so peaople are talking about mgs. And with Death stranding 2 in the making, the conflict between konami and kojima is in many heads again. Again great video, cant wait to see more from the downfall of this franchise. I love warrior within. Damn this entry was badass, much darker than sands of time and an amazing tune. In my eyes the most fun to play from the franchise.

I played OG 2d PoP but Sands of Time alongside Splinter Cell was in my opinion Ubisofts best work and many, many years ahead of its time
yes! Pop and SC are insane games. Im still upset about the treatment of Splinter Cell. There is no reason that franchise shouldn't have a new game
I've just discovered your channel through a recommended video about Fable. Top quality stuff, gonna watch more, that's for sure.
I appreciate that! Still in the beginning phases with these docs, but I will be doing my best to get a lot of videos out this year!

I appreciate that greatly, thank you! Thanks for watching!

Great documentary, dude. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was so cool when it first came out, it's interesting to learn the story behind it.
your behind the scenes game development videos deserve so many more views. keep it up
I appreciate that! Thank you!

The music choice in this video is so sweet, great job on this one! I had this on in the background and it was a great listen
Appreciate you Morgan! THe music took me hours, like 6 hours to get right lol. Thanks for watching!
This video is criminally underated bro this video should have atleest 100k views if not
This a master piece in of itself

26:18 That guard's helmet low-key looks like a Gondor helmet.
*UbiSoft should make an open world POP with Jade from Beyond Good & Evil as a time traveling explorer....save 2 franchises at once* 👌
I want to do a video on both of those games, I havent played eitherof them!
YUHHHH
yuhhhhh
Hell yeah, another banger

"Karateka" is pronounced Karate caw (like the crow sound). I know its pedantic but it bugged me so much
I'm not sure there is a right way lol. I know everyone says it differently
