      Vermeil should've stayed with the Rams. The Greatest Show on Turf would've lasted longer than 3 seasons if he was coach, and the Rams probably would've beaten New England in the Super Bowl. Martz was too stubborn to be a head coach. When the league caught up to his QB killing, 7-step dropback system, he refused to adjust. Also Vermeil probably would've done his best to see what the heck was going on with Warner unlike Martz who simply ditched him to the side for Bulger.

  • @90sSportsNostalgia

    For the first quarter of the 2003, he was my NFL MVP. Hall was amazing for those first 4 games and I thought he had more impact by helping his team win than any other player. However, there was no way a kick returner could have kept up that pace and no way he was going to end up as one of the MVP finalists; but nonetheless, Dante Hall in 2002-2003 was tremendous.

    • @clintstephens2712
      @clintstephens2712 4 роки тому +6

      The only reason he didn't keep that pace is because teams stopped kicking to him. The Chiefs were starting every drive at the 40 because their opponents would rather kick it out of bounds than kick it to Hall. Punters would kick it sideways out of bounds instead of downfield to Hall.

    I grew up watching dante and with kc now having hill, it reminds me so much of dante. ironic one is hall and one is hill. imagine if they used dante like tyreek is being used and not only as a return man... coulda done even more than he did
