Wow… I just read that Jacoby Jones is no longer with us, he just passed away today. He was only a Raven for a while, but the memories he brought us will never be forgotten, once a Raven, always a Raven, thanks for everything Jacoby.
"Jacoby Jones *HAS IT AT THE TWENTY"* will be burned into the happier sections of my memory until the day I die. If he isn't in the Ravens' Ring of Honor yet, we should put him there.
As a ravens fan, I will NEVER forget how amazing he was that season His returning was unreal. And his deep pass abilities were just insane and so timely when we needed it
@@FecalMatador Not arguing you there. And Joe deserved it too. But it's Super Bowl MVP, not Playoffs MVP. And Jacoby did arguably more in the SB. But since 9 out of 10 times it's going to the winning QB , it has lost much of it's meaning anyways. Quite pointless title IMO.

I loved him here in houston. I never blamed him for a muffed punt half way through the game. My texans had way too many opportunities to win that game and it was a good one. I remember Arian foster playing well and all. It just wasn't in the cards for us. I felt proud watching that superbowl and shoved it in alot of texans fans.
I love how he describes the mile high throw. Like nah he ain’t gonna throw. And then looks up and sees it coming to him. Just shows his skill and the amount of trust that Joe and the entire team had in him. He was the go to guy for the big plays.
Man, Jacoby muffing that punt vs the Ravens was the best thing that happened us. He brought the charisma we needed that year to get the ring. Suggs, and Ray were out that year, killed our motivation, but they kept fighting.
I watch this video at work everyday just cause of his great story telling and the funny jokes. Rest in power Jacoby the real mvp of that Super Bowl and that postseason run
40yrs.old. I'm in disbelief. So sad. Blessings to his family. I know the type of relationship he had with his mother. I know she's devastated. Jacoby, you were electric and must see t.v. As a Houstonian, it was a pleasure watching you use your gift. God bless, brother 🙏. Rest well.

Ravens have several legends on the defensive side of the ball: Ray., Ed, Haloti, T-Sizzle, etc. But on offense there not as many. Jacoby is surely one of them. While he neither had a long stint nor had glowing stats, his impact was huge. The mile-high miracle was perhaps the greatest play in Raven's history. Then, of course, his two super-bowl touchdowns - one on receiving and one on kick-return. He was arguably more deserving of the MVP award than Joe. What a phenomenal player! It is tragic departing so young.
