    Love to see ring pullups getting some love from a big name creator. Hands down my favourite body building variation, the bicep and lat contractions are insane and you really feel the stretch at the bottom. The tip on applying the 80% to the total weight and not added weight was an actual lightbulb moment for me, always learning something from these workouts Alex.

    Might use that later when I make more progress.
    I am not overcomplicating fitness, I just do stuff that work and I know that I'll get strenght as well as hypertrophy benefits. I currently started taking gym seriously, more precisely, hybrid stuff as a big guy. Bangin out pull ups at 100+kg was always my big dream...i might get there some days. Thanks to you, I am fairly motivated and devoted to my aim.

    Nice info Alex. I’ve been keeping to your words of BULKING and now I can do 7reps of 225Lbs. At the end of my benching session. my weight still 150Lbs - 155Lbs. But the excess of calories is a GAME CHANGER, thanks bro Love ya.

    I like how you included regressions like the rack chins. I like doing regressions from time to time of course with high volume to get some gains but I feel like including regressions in your workout routine is something thats looked down upon. Their great to include in your routine from time to time.

    I intuitively was utilizing reverse bands on my pelicans when I first started doing them. With long levers they are brutal, so a little assistance goes a long way. Pelicans still make my biceps more sore than just about any other curl, let alone a bodyweight movement.

    I kid you not I literally "HOW THE F IS HE DOING THIS?!" in my room watching you do those super wide pullups after all those sets! You won't appreciate how strong Alex is being able to do that if you have no experience doing those wide grip pullups - and I (alongside many!) Struggle hard in the BEGINNING of our session doing that!
    Yet here is Alex doing chest to bar after like 3 exercises. You're king as always!

    Great video as usual, even if I'm not adding anything to my routine I still like watching for the mental gains 🧠. Unrelated question but, what do you think of Decline Reverse grip pushups done on paralleletes that are 11inches off the ground? I am doing unweighted right now since I can only do about 9-10 for 4 sets, and I definitely feel a good chest pump but I'm not 100% sure if it is working my upper chest anymore than a regular decline without the reverse grip. Do you think it's worth it, or am I just doing too much for a small increase in stimulation?
