I’d certainly like to find some of these but that just isn’t going to happen. I don’t hunt or camp for anything alcohol related just not that important to me. I’ve been drinking for over 40 years and not once did I think I needed to stand in a line to get a bottle. If your into doing that more power to you I just don’t have the time and I’m retired. And unfortunately in my area some of these don’t come to my stores. That’s one thing that I really don’t understand is how they determine the distribution of these bottles but that’s another show. Glad your able to get them and hopefully your not paying crazy money for them. Enjoy!!

This Years A124 ECBP is absolutely horrendous! It tastes like licking a basement dirt floor that someone dropped some Bourbon on. Terrible dirst taste that lingers. Completely different from C923
None of them are worth it. Too many really good bourbons out there that aren't allocated or overpriced. Stop overpaying for inferior bourbon just because its hard to find. Woodford D.O. is better than 99% of allocated bottles and its available pretty much everywhere under $60.
There is absolutely a place for these on a shelf and they are absolutely worth MSRP. Sip these on the weekends. Sure there are some incredible shelf staples out there, but where’s the fun in that!
You are absolutely right. While these bottles are excellent, at their MSRP, there’s no reason to pay anything more than that for these bottles. For the time, money and effort that people spend chasing these bottles all over the country, they pass up hundreds of brands and bottles that are just as good if not better.

I really wanted a cellar aged but was not able to find one.
