It’s ALL on a USB stick. I desperately need help with this. I have ALLthe proof from the USB stick with all the documentation and the original buyers guid that is clearly written their conditions and also have proof of where they changed things. This company got my sister and my friend just like me. This is a on going issue. My entire life has been changed in a major way due to all that and the predatory loan. I got scammed from a dealer. They repo my car when they had no rights too. I paid off my bank and ask the bank why this happened? They didn't even know? They got my check so I could refinance my car. So, my car got repossessed for nothing. I only had the car since July until now. They lied and the cops said it was on there when it was a mistake. I want to sue. I need advice. I purchased a 2024 Mercedes sprinter van in California put down $45,000 they cash the check, said the vehicle was down south at one of the 16 dealership they own, and would be shipped within a day or two as of today 3+ weeks later I have yet to receive delivery of this vehicle, the manager of this dealership and the sales representative I dealt with will not return my text messages any longer and hang up when I call they said the vehicle was at the dealership one day I asked to come and pick it up. They told me the next day to since then I have been ghosted. This vehicle was purchased under my business LLC I have insurance on it. The reason I purchased this vehicle was my last van was stolen and recovered as a complete loss please help.

I don't think they are better or worse than any other background check company. The problem is with the industry. As a whole the industry uses incomplete information in matching people to backgrounds. In addition the algorithms they use causes false positives.
Anytime you are offered credit, the offer must be in writing, in a way that you can take with you. The idea is that this allows you to compare offers of credit. It also means that a car dealer is required to disclose the terms of the credit offer before you sign for it. You should leave thr dealer in your new car with a copy of the contract. Not sure what waivers you are talking about. It's uncommon for a dealer to unwind a deal.

I then reached out to the dealership to see what was going on and why I was getting calls about payment for the trade in. They told me the lender sent the approval back due to income and that I might have to return the vehicle if they can’t find another lender… Are they able to do this?
Not in Texas. When you bought the car you signed a note, the dealer is the "maker" of the note. They can sell it to the bank or a finance company, but they can't back out of it when that sale does not work out. Also, they have to pay off your trade in. Their failure to do so is a big problem for them. If you're in TX give us a call.

If we are go for service in dealership and their document show same odometer before a week your car mileage and wrong date of service they do but we can do
If I bought a car from a dealership in a dealership went out went out of business do in another company take over as I'm still allowable for for the contract
@@ReneeMay-z9z not sure if this answers your question but if you have a car loan with one company and another company takes it over, then you should pay the new company. You may want to ask for some paperwork showing they own the loan and how much you owe them
