got arrested right after the open carry law passed in south carolina, i didn’t get charged with the gun and the police report says it was placed in evidence for safe keeping, what do i do??
@@bigchopradio it simple you commit a crime with your gun they keep it until your case is dismiss you get convicted they destroy it. If you get arrested for a none gun charge you can get your gun back any time you get arrested and your gun on you they take it. That common sense.
So I have a question, what if they never notified that you are abke to get your gun back, and also what if your public defender never out the motion on to get yur gun back?
I got attacked by an off duty, out of uniform, said deputy was driving his family vehicle with his wife and children in the vehicle in West Virginia. When his deputy buddies got to the scene, I was arrested. While I was in the hospital the night of my arrest because the off duty deputy broke 5 of my ribs, I was informed that my pistol was reported stolen 1 week before from the county of my arrest. I had possession of that pistol for 3 years it was bought as a private sale and the serial number was checked by other counties twice and it was never reported stolen. It just so happened that one week before my arrest, the pistol was reported stolen. Can cops falsify those records?
I got arrested for agg assault deadly weapon,(it was self defence)but the ppl lied on me i got beat up,anyways they dropped it down to a class a misdemeanor and i thought i was safe since i have no felonies to own guns and get my rifle back,i signed on a assault bodily injury even though i dint do the attacking but just wanted to go home to my kids

Here in San Antonio Texas, I shot my attacker on my front yard. However ... (By a malicious police report) I was arrested & charged for assault with deadly weapon. After over 2 years , my case has been Dismissed. "Due to insufficient evidence". But I suffered financial loss for over 70k . Can I get some legal help for compensation.??
@@northxidee_ Sucks that they can just take away rights like that, i think if its not a violent crime and theres no priors we should still be able to own legally. What state you in man?
I surrendered Glocky during my misdemeanor. I beat it and they won't give it back.
You will never get it back. They keep it for future reference, in case civil lawsuits pop up
What was the misdemeanor?they took my daniel defense ar 😢
what if its a bb gun or multiple they took 5 bb guns of mine nice glocks too
So if you surrender it the gun won’t be able to be returned unless you ask for appeal
What if my only charge is ucw?
