I think Stephen Root is an unsung hero of acting. You notice him in every role he inhabits. Just an AMAZING actor.

There's a real feel of Breaking Bad meets John Wick this season. All the desperation leading to absurd irrational behavior. So much farcical coincidences. The high concept dynamic action sequences. The creative out of the box cinematography. Just amazing.
Bill, you are a talented guy. Also, casting Henry Winkler was greatness. He is a legend. Loving this season of Barry, and episode 6 of season 3 was epic.
When someone speaks, they speak and then others interject and it gets conversational. When Henry speaks, everyone else stops. Respect.

I literally screamed when I saw this in my mentions. Barry is my favourite show, I love all these amazing people but most of all Bill. I discovered him and his work at the beginning of 2021 and he got me out of depression during the whole lockdown business. I adore him and these people so much.

The reason Bill harder laughs is that he exactly knows the real character of his actors and he tallies mentally it with their acting and he tactfully fit the characters with touch of their real human character. Bill is so good at what he does 👏!

the unsung hero of this show imo is stephen root. he really disappears in his role and brings the show to a really serious dramatic territory. such a brilliant actor
This was a wonderful interview. Was hoping to hear Bill's worst audition, though. I smiled throughout like Bill did whenever Henry was talking. All such lovely people.
