  • Home Chef delivers one of my favorite meals in this version of a simple roast chicken breast. The bone-in check breasts are quickly seared on top of the stove, and then finished off in the oven.
    To go with the chicken, is a potato dauphinoise (like a gratin) and some glazed carrots. The dish is classic French cooking.

    Everything from Home Chef came looking Fresh and tasting great. The directions where clear and easy to follow. The whole recipe took me about 45 minutes to make.

    Hi, how about just putting the potatoes on the sheet-pan with the chicken the last 30 minutes or so? Love, how you stay calm, when your family starts bouncing around. Thanks from Ursula.

      Tom Thomas haha. Thanks! So the potatoes would cook. But without sides to hold in the cream it would just ooze out. And the potatoes may cook slower or faster than the chicken...so u want the separate.
