How To Make Sriracha Coleslaw - NoRecipeRequried.com

Some days I get the feeling sriracha is taking over the world. While not quite up there with ketchup, I'm seeing it all over..including the latest potato chip flavors
And as I love it...I'm perfectly fine with that.
Here I take a fairly standard coleslaw recipe and add a good bit of Sriracha to the dressing. In addition to a nice bit of heat, the sriracha also gives a tanginess that I just love. Use this version anytime you want to pair some slaw with Asian flavored bbq or meats. Or just use it whenever you want.

A new favorite recipe. Thanks! I did not measure anything, just by sight. Mayo, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, snd pepper. Then yellow mustard because that's all I had, and season salt because I like it. Left out honey out of laziness and added sugar. First taste was too eggy so added more sriracha and vinegar. Perfect. Ate right after mixing. Very tasty with a little kick.
