Resolve Your Beef
From raw materials to finished products, FOOD FACTORY goes behind the scenes to reveal how our favourite foods are made: With a daily output of 14,000 two-inch candy balls, the tumbling room of a jawbreaker factory is so loud it sounds like a jet engine; every cup of Tim Hortons coffee starts at the company's mammoth roasting facility where super-sized grinders tackle thousands of pounds of beans per hour

The most important part of the process was conpletely omitted. From frozen meat to finished patty in just one step!
Love the Castles!
What about the holes?!?
Yummmmmmmmmyyyy 😍😍😍😍
The used Palo DURO Beef brand...
Got them from Dollar tree & they were awesome!
They have no cheese on them you better off going to Walmart and buy the Box
You know what makes them more tasty add ketchup mustard and mayonnaise and red onions all it is is that steakums piece of steak
Do you have the clip they’re introducing their Cheesecake on a Stick?
is there a white castle in texas?

Ah yes, tasty floor patties.
Theyre not on the floor.
@@tayexclusive893 Its the perspective underneath the conveyor belt.
Oh i thought you were talking about the sanitized bin that's for badly sliced patties.
Wastw of time video.
You see the frozen meat arrive then it is "magically" formed into 20 individual patties.
Then to packing - did anyone out there really want to know how the patties are packed ??? NO
Where all these cows coming from so rapidly?????
Back when they first opened they used cows now they use 100% mystery meat 😂😂😂
😋😋😋😛😛😋😛
😄😄🙂
Just had a couple sliders for breakfast. Deelish! But why have holes in the patty? Money saving tactic or real engineering?
its to allow the steam through to heat the bun.
From a chunk of discolored mystery meat to packed in a box to shipped to your local WC. Come on what REALLY happens in between those processes? Like how do you get the holes in them? Is there an employee who's only job is to poke the holes all day? 😂😂😂
Part of that mixure has liver also.
So?
I go to the deli and get chopped liver all the time
Beef....
Alot of people can't eat liver due to health reasons im pointing it out.
Not why they are called "sliders".
They do slide down easily. He got that much right BUT exiting is a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY 🍑💨😳😂😂😂
they wear not the first
Yes they were the first FastFood & Burger Chain.
Year of 1921 !
Yep my grandpop remembers their grand opening. He said the lines were down the street. Also said they don't taste like they used to.
Why did they send it through a metal detector ?! good god
It's a standard practice in large scale food processing. Any industrial process has an inherent non-zero failure possibility. Safeguards need to be put in place in the event that failure-mode occurs. When you're processing literally tonnes of meat or vegetables or even non-food items, you need to be on the lookout for foreign matter.
That's standard gmp procedure
Every burger in this vid looks decrepit
The mcdonalds patty video looks like its way better quality beef... atleast the WC onions hide the flavor lol
I've been to one in Brooklyn and only had their fish burger, which wasn't too great. Filling but bland. Their beef must taste good but it is not halal so I do not eat it. I am sure sales will increase if it was Halal
Farrad Mohammed I agree man! I think there's a huge halal market out there
Who doesn't love camel right?
No s*** you know steakums that's what it is a little piece they throw onions on it and put it in a package
Seems like a nice guy to bad their food is disgusting.
I love white Castle but that meat looks horrible
Am I the only one who thinks that the beef looks gross?
I agree. It looked slightly aged and greenish in some spots with freezer burned edges. Some of it also looks like it has very large chunks of something really fatty looking stuck to it. What's shown in this video is definitely NOT 100% pure beef. You can clearly see the fat tissue everywhere.
@@ShadovvV 100% beef doesn't mean 100% lean meat. 100% lean meat would taste awful. Most of the flavour in BEEF comes from the fat...
I'm surprised they allowed it to be recorded.
It looks uncooked
Justice Bethel duh
💩💩💩💩💩
The last time I ate a "slider", it didn't taste like it did in the past. I bought 5 of them and I was pulling pieces of bone and gristle out of my mouth. One of them also had a rancid taste and I literally threw it out my car window. Their quality has really started to suffer. I stopped eating the sliders after that experience. It was truly awful. I was actually rather disappointed because I really did like those little hamburgers in the past. Shame..
bone???
where did you go in what state
I thought it was just me! I think they changed the formula like they did burger king burgers... Now IF I have BK it's only the Jr because it stayed the same..I did try WC again after that horrible experience and still didn't like it but the time I had it wasn't as bad as the last one, never the less the quality is still not there
The meat looks like leftover eat that nobody else wants... It looks horrible! I can't believe I just ate some White Castle. If we would investigate everything we eat, we would probably never eat again.
Add pickles please!
