Vintage Action Man German Stormtrooper & Staff Officer repair guide - Toy Polloi

I received a box of Action Man figures and outfits that all needed a bit of repair. First up I decided to restore the German Storm Trooper and Staff officer costumes. Both hats had been painted and lots of other little repairs needed doing.
