Your waves are absolutely beautiful! My hair is pretty curly and my problem is my hair looks pretty good the day I style it, but then the days after that it’s super frizzy and the curls look almost stringy. Having textured hair is such a process on finding the right products/techniques for it!

Thank you! I totally get that! I like to put my hair up in a pineapple (you can google the term if you don't know what it is. Basically a kind of bun.) at night at it tends to look decent the next day.

It looks great!! When do you brush your hair? As soon as you get out of shower? And with the gel it doesn't get real "crunchy"?

Shoot I forgot to say! I brush in the shower with conditioner in my hair. The gel is crunchy until you scrunch out the crunch at the very end when the hair is all dry.

This is me! I chose to embrace my natural wave but dang does it have a mind of it's own! I have fine low porosity hair (I think). My problem area is trying to get wave all the around my head!! The back of my hair is super wavy, but the front lacks any kind of definition! It's a struggle to flat iron the back because of this, but when I try to bring out the waves in the front it falls really quickly! Any suggestions?? I did buy the Eco gel, love it!! Thx Emily!

So I really want to try this, but I only wash my hair once a week. That leads me to a stupid question, are you able to brush your hair okay and leave the products in? Should this be a hairdo right before wash day? Love what you are doing by the way ❤️

You definitely shouldn’t brush your hair when in this style. I only brush my hair in the shower. You could do it mid week after getting your hair wet and not washing it. I usually put my hair up in a bun at night (there are lots of videos of how to sleep with curly hair on UA-cam) and then it looks pretty good the next day or I wear it in a bun or something.

Yes I use a wet brush in the shower to get all the tangled out. I never brush it out of the shower though
