- Before I detach the swirl flaps motor
I had also 2513 and 2135 error codes,
which puts the car in emergency mode(the turbo doesn't work),
after detachment of the motor top two codes
disappeared, but 2530 stays as you can see on the video,
so I done following steps to remove it.

I have a Merc 3.0 v6cdi viano with intermittent limp mode issue. No ems light thought. Dpf and other sensors disconnected so looks like ECU may have been remapped to eliminate codes?
Could this resistor solve the issue?

My motor has 5 pin Connector. Which pins should I plug the resistor? E200 CGI M271 Engine
You have to do research in some forums about your model. Just google it.
Is this "modification" also valid for the model w203 with the OM 646 engine, and are obligatory to cancel the error codes?

So I'm pretty sure the swirl flaps will close on there own since no electrical force can no keep them open?
They are removed, and this fix is to just tell the computer that there is Swirl flap motor, when it is not.

You have to visit workshop they knows. If your swirl flaps are removed you can try this solution.
Those are 7ohm resistors, but how much watts? Where did you get them?

They are probably 10k , in parallel they divide, doesn't matter the watts
Where is location of the socket?
The socket is attached to your swirl flap motor which controls it. The purpose of the mode is to tell the computer that there is a motor when there isn’t… ;)
my car just burned the resistor within seconds
I am driving 3rd year with it and don't have any problem. Are you sure that you reach 7.4k ohm?
I have the same situation.. I think you take 4.7ohm... You need 4.7 K ohm. Buy 4.7 Kohm 2W
I had the same problem to? What will happen if you use a bigger resistor?
