It kept me transfixed and on the edge of my seat and well deserves a nearly 5 out of 5.
There are some awesome films coming out on Sky Cinema this month and so many I want to see if only I had more time! Last Night in Soho & The Electrical Life of Louis Wain to name but two, and the latest Matrix if only I could understand what's going on! Tell me what you've seen lately, I'd love to hear. Suzi x

SEED MIXTURE FOR HEALTHIER HORMONES:

Seeds are a rich source of omegas and minerals but are not always well digested. To overcome this you can grind the organic seeds in one-week batches and store them in the fridge to maintain the fatty acids. Some seeds are higher in omega 3 (pumpkin and flax) and some omega 6 (sesame and sunflower) so to make sure you have a good balance add 3.5 tablespoons of each into the blender/grinder and shake well to mix then have two tablespoons per day. Repeat after a week for your week’s fresh batch. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE DIVERTICULITIS OR OTHER BOWEL ISSUES. And, as I said in the video, I found 2 tablespoons too much for my already active bowels so you might want to halve all of above if you are very regular!

Love the memories it brings when you go the beach with jack I have had many a walk when I had my dog , so love your blogs what ever you talk about or show love it , being on my own I so look forward to them it makes my Sunday as normally don’t like Sundays , I’m in the middle of painting my flat I’ve done the kitchen and living room , next is the hall I love it , especially as I rent and god knows when it last saw fresh paint . I’m 70 so I’m quite proud I can still do it . Body not happy after though lol especially the ceilings. Hope you have a good week and jack . 💖😊

I do the same thing in the morning with my two dogs, they sleep on the bed with me at night. We spend an hour or two in bed every morning. I watch something on tv or UA-cam, relax with my babies and then begin my day. I'm retired now and I LOVE starting my mornings like this after being married for 22 years and raising 5 children. I LOVE living alone now and doing what I want, when I want, if I want. Love your personality and videos. And I LOVE little Jack, he's a doll.

Loved spending time with you today. In the heat you could freeze plastic bottles of water and put them out for Jack to sit next to. They are great for rabbits and guinea pigs in their hutches. Sort of air con lol .
Dear Suzi so very good to see you and truly am enjoying this vlog! I will say I cannot do the backward twirling you do with your arms to wake your body up as my arms would go out of their sockets. You are in such good shape & form. I can do a very modified version. The hips & whole body turn is good. Maintaining your balance they say is also very good for cognitive abilities for memory health also. I love your gardens & the views of the ocean. Just beautiful! I do get out right away in the mornings to walk my little dog but I need to get to bed earlier and up earlier as I do believe it's good all around health & vitality. Jack is so adorable! He's the cutest jack-a-poo! You are such a good movie reviewer 🎥 . You get us excited about going to the cinema. I do love the painting over your bed as you changed your room at the last remodeling. I had been intermittent fasting for almost 3 years & stopped foolishly enough and I will say I've gained weight especially in the middle. Getting back on of course & it's evident it works if not to lose weight to not gain it. You have different products in the UK for protein supplements than here in the US I think and I find that being low carb is the best for my health to keep down inflammation avoiding processed foods and sugars. You do look marvelous as the clock seems to be turning back with new collagen in your face; Dr Ahmed was it? So youthful. You don't even need makeup though you appear to smile more when you have your lippy on.
Your pond is so lovely & the cold water is envigorating. Jack is so cute . Having black fur just intensifies the sun's rays. My fur baby is black also. Sox is adorable & so trusting of you.

Ah ... my other half has always said "get your shoulders under" whenever any of us are sea bathing. It definitely works.
All I can say is wow Suzi. You do so many great things for your body and mind. I certainly eat way more than you do. Ha. I do enjoy salmon and many good things. I luv your blouse with palm trees and pretty summer colors. You look awesome as always. I need to start going to bed earlier and get up earlier. It’s almost 1 am here in the US now. Your exercise routines have given me incentive to dig out the weights and try to muscle up the arms. They've gotten flabby and crepie (?). Every time I see the view out you deck and your walks on the coast I think how lucky you & Jack are to be in such a beautiful location. Thanks for all the tips, much appreciated.

I need to get moving like you are doing in the morning . When I sit for any length of time and get up I stagger terribly for awhile. Maybe doing those leg excersises you do might help. Jack is precious. My baby girl , Emily , is 12 now and I need to walk her more . I wish I lived by the sea as you do or any body of water. Love your videos...I'm trying a new smoothie product made with all veggies and flax seed. We will see how I do with that. Enjoy your week. ❤

Mornng Suzi great to see you and your daily routine. Waiting for my best friend to arrive from Somerset cant wait to see her. Made a chicken and mushroom pie with lots of veg . Pie looks great if I say so myself. We are off to Hilton Marble Arch for couple of days with lots of treats as she is a great friend and she deserves it. I enjoy watching your routine. The scenery is so lovely. From your yard to the beach, it's just wonderful. Jack is a good companion. It must be difficult watching him age, while you remain young and active!
It would be truly wonderful to wake up in such a lovely place! I admire your dedication to exercise and eat healthy. I use to eat spinach quite often, then started reading up on oxalates. I had to have a CT done last year and they saw kidney stones. Yikes!

Wonderful blog again and you are looking fantastic! You have inspired me to try and finally loose my stomach! One thing as you love Australia I wondered if you have heard of Fabulous 50? I discovered it during Lockdown; I was never into exercising I just loved my swimming. But since discovering this site the exercises are so varied, long or short, easy or hard, I try to do something every day. I really think it’s worth a look especially if you are like me and hate the gym 😂

Circadian, I hope you are wearing a high factor spf when out in the sun, if you are lifting weights don't do it every day your body needs to repair the muscle that's broken down during exercise so you need a break in between
Lovely to see you again.........it’s been a crazy week here in Toronto as it’s Gay Pride Month and this is the actual weekend for the celebrations and the parade is today.........It’s hot hot hot weather wise and very humid which I don’t do well with.......but I did a walk around
The neighbourhood yesterday to see all the festivities and old friends...........I haven’t see the film you mentioned, I loved Aaron Paul in Breaking Bad , but haven’t seen him in anything since that I liked ........I can’t remember if you have Netflix, but I can highly recommend 3 movies, Your Honour , You Don’t Know Me, and the new Emma Thompson movie Good Luck To You Leo Grande................Like you I use a lip pencil first, I had some basil cell on my lip removed during covid, so I really have to draw in one side of my Cupid’s bow....I do my whole lip with a crayon and then a matte lipstick and I find that’s stays well.........I also only ever use IT Cosmetics CC cream foundation as it has 50 spf in it so it’s great to use...............have a wonderful week Suze ...lovely to see sweet Jack in the sea water and the pond.............Donna in Toronto

That is actually a real pond but with no fish because of Jack (and the foxes and the seagulls and the heron who pierced the lining of another tiny little pond I had goldfish in!). I turned it into a natural swimming pond to get cool when it’s hot. It’s lovely and fresh and quite clean but I can’t do more than 3 strokes! It’s not hot here at all! Maybe one hot day a week! It’s certainly warmer now though but my friend and I froze going to a mini festival on Friday, 3 layers! It is only London that gets real heat, I may have to move back!!! But we do have a heatwave on the way - which I call summer! |Whereabouts are you? You know Australia is my second home and I can’t wait to get back? And as for the floods in Sydney what is going on! Little Sox is still sooo thin, it really makes me sad. She is such a good Mum that her cubs are enormous because she works so hard rushing round my garden feeding them! They’re still very shy. I must get some stuff for worming for her, just in case. Poor luv and single mother! Big love x

I think I’ve ordered a light medium. So difficult to choose online without testing the colour. I’m very fair skinned and blonde.

I am still using IT foundation but there are so many different colours I wouldn’t go by what I use as I have dark skin compared to most! I think mine is medium too. They should have a little gadget on their site to test yourself, I seem to remember. Make sure to only buy from the IT site then you should get more help. Worth checking if they do samples too. Let me know. x
