  • We asked men who live and work in St Helens Borough to share when they have struggled with their mental health in the hope of showing others that they’re not alone. Today, we’re sharing their stories in the first of a two-part video, covering topics such as financial difficulties, bereavement, physical injury, abuse and redundancy.
Featuring Saints players Konrad Hurrell and Jake Wingfield, veteran and triple amputee Andy Reid MBE and people from all walks of St Helens life. They all have one thing in common - they asked for help.
If you're struggling, don't suffer in silence.
Look out for part 2 in the coming days.
