These workouts bring me joy. I did a high impact cardio workout first as a warm up. I used weights for a few moves but I have so much trouble getting low on lunges with weights. But holding on to a chair as support I can get down to touch my knees to the floor. So great! I got right up. That stretch was fantastic.
Day 10 done! I struggle getting up and down. Had to use both hands, a table, and get my other leg under me. lol Arthritis in the knees, elbows, hips and hands is super fun.
I did my glute bridge with weight, a 4 month old Labrador laying g on me 😂😂Love how you explain and give options ❤How often should I do the 4 arm moves you posted on instagram,started them yesterday? Xx

HAHAH, gotta love a dog assisted workout. You could do them 3 times a week if you are not doing other upper body workouts as well
