Can only recommend. My orthopedic surgeon wanted to give me two hip implants because of osteo-arthritis. I refused and went to physiotherapy. Turns out the pain was not from the arthritis, but from tight hip muscles. Guess who's stretching regularly now. 😁

Yes! That was a fun video lol, the last time I used it is when Liam visited me and he would spin the wheel and that would be the exercise we would do! The video was posted in December if you wanted to find it!
