This went by so quickly and was a great workout! I have some chest congestion with a runny nose today, but felt good enough to get a workout in. And thankfully Chris showed modifications for each move. Also some great tunes👍. Thank you for another fantastic workout 💖💖!

The sweat was running off me.i really challenged myself to the very best I could.and I am getting fitter and stronger with each workout.and I feel better in myself.the press up were the real killer today.but I done it yay! 30 minutes flew by! The lunges in the first tabata were killer after yesterday’s glute workout. Particularly liked the one leg balance tabata - definitely need to focus more on my balance this year.
The only way I can do roll ups without hands is to go knock kneed. I'm not sure this is good, so I alternate that with using my hands. Loved ALL the moves in this class, which, for a tabata, is weird. I love BBT too and definitely have to check that show out. Assuming you saw all seasons of Goliath!!

The thing I really love about your Tabata workouts is that: 1. you explain what a Tabata workout really is and 2. that it can't really be achieved on this platform (too many variables) So, most UA-camrs who put out Tabata videos are really showing Tabata style, but worse, it's clickbait because not only do they not explain, they don't guide and they don't put out high intensity themselves. Thank you for being true to yourself, true to your subscribers and for always having integrity. You are always the first channel I check when I want to set up my week. I rely on you for challenging, exciting and fresh workouts and I'm never disappointed. I thank you and I love your channel! ❤
I love tabata workouts. They always go by fast. I really pushed myself today though I agree with Vanessa on those roll-ups. I think they are harder if you are taller. I'm 5-10, and no matter how hard I work, I have not been able to do those. I did make myself modify today and do them. I used one hand to help me up.
Great workout sweat on heart rate up and joined for my favorite part of Tuesday 😁 mobility BUT..... Two moves I HATE burpees (but got through them)and get ups I literally cannot do them so I done squats instead even the get up option I couldn't get up I remember trying to do them slowly with my toes under my heavy weights now I could sit up but to get up my knees were buckling inwards So not a chance 😅 means not a chance But great workout just my alternative was different in one case 😅 Thank you sooooo much Chris Steph 🇮🇪 IRELAND

I love doing your tabata workouts! Always sweaty, and I always surprise myself at how much more fit I'm getting each time I do them. I also appreciate that you have modifications since my husband and I do it together. His knees and ankles have been through the ringer due to old football injuries, so the mods allow both of us to do our own workout, yet still doing it together. Thank you! 🙂 💦
I am not on the program this week. Work has been annoying so I need workouts that are short and keep my brain occupied. This was perfect. I will be back on the program next week, but this week my goal is just to move everyday and relieve stress and frustration. Thanks this was perfection! Also a great one to take on the road as it has not equipment! This is going in my road trip arsenal.
And I thought a roll-up was a pilates move, I can do them but today's, not a chance I'm on Team Vanessa with these. Took me three goes to get my wacky jacks co-ordinated, too funny. Thanks Chris I will save mobility until Friday afternoon 'cause it is the best way to end the week.
Wow, that was great! It was short, simple/easy to follow and sweaty. I pushed hard and felt great afterwards. This workout still gave me the time to add on a 20-minute yoga routine, so it was a perfect start in the day. Thank you, Chris 😊
This was a wonderful tabata style cardio workout for me. The 10 seconds were just enough to regroup and be in position for the next round. You found the exact balance of moves to keep us motivated. Thank you Chris! I love how you use your gift to motivate others. ❤️
Fabulous class Chris, I knew immediately it was going to be burpees! I actually managed them pretty well which was surprising since I haven't done them for ages! The one footed knee hop was a killer, I needed to concentrate so much & I was sweating buckets! Mixed the Star jumps between full Star & with a calf raiser but was determined to do the last set as full stars & I did it. Please thank Amanda since I was imagining her doing it which pushed me through! 😂. Thanks Chris, loved it! ❤
Knowing that you get a quick rest lets you go for it during the 20 seconds. Great modifications, which I did in place of the roll up jumps. Thanks Chris
I loved everything about this tabata….except the ROLL UPS??!! Ugh- I just can not seem to get better at those!! My hips are too tight. But anyway, the rest of this was perfect!! And I didn’t cry, I modified! Thanks Chris! ❤😊
