As I have said before I am not a beginner but I am really enjoying doing these workouts. Chris encouragement form tips and modifications are as always the best. Even if you think this is not for you, then don’t and go for it. I am proud of myself for finding and following Chris. As alway thank you Chris for all you do.xx
I CAN believe I did it because Chris Dorner is an amazing motivator! ❤🎉 I do my workouts in the evening because they help my body to relax after I cool down. Since starting this 30 day program, I've gotten my best sleep in years. And Fitbit says so too. 😁

Today I came home tired and deflated but w/full intention to exercise one way or another. This beginners HIIT routine was perfect for me today! It got me to move for 18 min with a great instructor which is what I needed today. Thank you Chris!
These workouts are so cool because if you're advanced you can make it advanced by adding heavy weights, or if you need a beginner workout you can follow it as is. Either way you get a great workout. You're the bomb Chris!! Always making everyone feel included!

I'm very proud of myself for recommitting to exercise and diet and not sitting on the couch in pain. Thanks, Chris. You're the absolute best at what you do.

Like others on here I'm not a beginner but I'm recovering from surgery and I have to lighten it up a bit. So these workouts are perfect. I'm doing ALL of them but I'm adding in other workouts as well i.e. weight, pilates, cardio etc. Yesterday I felt a bit sore from prior workouts and so today's workout with an added on stretch just made me feel so good!
At about 8:23 into the video (9 minutes 10 seconds on the workout clock) Christina asked for a big fake smile. Well .. my smile was big but it wasn't fake. It was very real. Thank you for the workouts and I look forward tomorrow.
This was a great add on whilst I was still warm after my daily walk out, got the old ticker pumping. Loved the playlist, I was guessing the names of the original artists that influenced these tracks, amazing what you remember. Many thanks.
I am proud of my daughter for achieving 9 DAYS IN A ROW Just like other's here I'm not a beginner but I'm introducing my daughter to exercise and this is perfect place to start make her strong keep her mobility and flexibility and learn that this is for Life and she is enjoying it some days are harder than others for her but she battles through. I normally don’t enjoy cardio/HIIT workouts but I loved this one! I’m proud of myself for doing it twice. Such a fun workout!
