- What Type of Magnesium Should You be Taking | Dr. Janine
Dr. Janine shares what type of magnesium you should be taking. First, she explains that an ingredient used in the majority of vitamins and supplements, magnesium stearate, is NOT magnesium at all but a flow agent that makes ingredients move faster on the manufacturing machines. Dr. Janine then talks about nine other types of magnesium supplements from her least favorite to her favorite, explaining the possible side effects of taking each. Lastly, Dr. Janine talks about why magnesium bisglycinate is her favorite type of magnesium supplement.

Hi Dr Janine thank you for this useful information, I’m currently using a good quality magnesium malate 1000mg with no fillers etc, you don’t mention maleate should I be concerned?
I'm assuming your number one is the same as magnesium glycinate without the bis.
I am also trying to make sure that I should be taking Magnesium Glycinate
I think bis glycinate and glycinate is the same thing check out Dr Berg's videos
I also take Dr Burgs D3. It has magnesium stearate. 🤷🏻♀️. Do we take vitamins with it or not ? All mine have it. 😢

Hello! I read in many sites that an intake of magnesium is important for people suffering from fibromyalgia. I have suffered from that for at least 18 years and in the last years it has become really difficult to. I am now 67 years old. Help! 😢

I have tried to find some of the vitamins mentioned in your videos, but they all seem to have fillers, or I question their purity. Do you have a website that has a more natural vitamin that I could look into. I had the gastric sleeve 7 years ago and I am looking for better quality vitamins

I just went through mine and they all have it. Did Dr answer you ??? My zinc, D3, milk thistle, ashwagandha, B12, B complex, selenium, L theanine, Potassium, all have it in them. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤔🤔
