Glad you're getting rid of the magnesium oxide. People don't realize that magnesium oxide (hydroxide) is the main ingredient in Phillips Milk of Magnesia... used to relieve constipation. It can cause diarrhea, and when taken daily, can cause stomach and intestinal issues.
Yes!! Just be careful cuz magnesium citrate is one of the, if not the, most laxative form of magnesium. So if you take it and notice that your stool is a little too loose, that may be why.
I take 500 mg of the magnesium oxide because that’s the one that sold in every single store and the one I’ve been buying for over 10 years and the other ones are just too expensive. And I take 100 mg of the magnesium citrate.
@@HH-gv8mx I’m glad you found what works for you! 😊
In that case, go for the G.
Magnesium oxide only serves to laxate, and the difference of MAGNESIUM CITRATE is 99% more absorbable and more beneficial than magnesium oxide
@@rosadumer3014 well I hope what you’re writing is true. Because if it is, I can save a bunch of money. Magnesium citrate is super cheap. While that magnesium oxide Mag07, that I bought off of Amazon is really expensive.
Thank You 😊
Thank you, Dr Mandell!!!
God bless you for all that you are doing for us, Dr
Thank you! Yes, I do buy that brand. I always trusted it. But I can have the digestive issues you described. I may be hurting myself instead of helping. This is good to know!! ❤️🙏🏻
Nature Made is one of the worst.
They have synthetics and they are affiliated with Big Pharma.
love how insightful you are! God bless your soul! i know you are an answered prayer to so many!!
Thank you for Divine wisdom
Magnesium Glycinate is the way to go.
Why?
@Capcoor it's the most absorbable and bioavailable form plus boosts testosterone by 15%. It's an excellent source of magnesium and more bang for your buck.
@@johnnydelgrady So for someone with low magnesium this is the best one? It's so many different types I guess my question is knowing which one...like if each one is for different things or not
@@johnnydelgrady You have my attention. I will check it out, thank you.
@Tasha it's also helpful for a good night's rest. I sleep sound and solid, unlike with melatonin or anything else. It really is that good. Plus, it's supposed to be good for your muscles and bones.
Gotta love this doctor!🤗🤩 Thanks, Doc!
THANK YOU DOCTOR
Great informative video Dr.!! Where on the packaging does it say solubility 04?
Thank You Dr Mandell, I truly appreciate your knowledge and support. Thank God for wonderful people like You!! ☘️☘️🪺

Will do Doc. Thanks!
Yup, that’s what he said 👏
How much daily of magnesium glycinate?
Hi do you have the brand? I need get one.
I have been taking magnesium citrate for more than two years no more leg cramps at night no headaches no constipation and my sleep is the best I've ever had also don't forget that magnesium to work better you need the potassium they both better together
Bought magnesium for muscle strengthening. Took one but the stomach pain was too much.Never took another.
I used to buy that brand's products a lot a few years back. Thanks to people like yourself posting informative videos I realized the need to search for and purchase high quality products.
Thanks for you work!
Thank you for all of the helpful information. I used to buy this same bottle before and was not aware.
It's what it says on the back that matters most.
I got this same thing in my house rn. Smh 🤦🏾♂️ thank u Dr. Mandell 😌🙏
Me too! Except mines Spring Valley. I be returning for a refund or pitching em!
My sediments exactly 💯
@@sillylilly6774Mine is Spring Valley too! I had no idea and have been taking them every night. I’ve also been having irregular bm’s and cramping. Hmmm!
@@sillylilly6774spring valley been in the news years ago for bad ingredients
@@sillylilly6774 did the Spring Valley magnesium. Oxide works for you? Thanks
Thank you Dr. Mandel for educating us on practically everything!! At the rate I’m going, I’ll probably outlive my mother who died 8 months short of becoming 100, all credit given to you because she always changed her lifestyle based on your opinion!! Thanks again Doc and GOD BLESS!! ♥️🙏🏻♥️
Gee, we need more guys like this that'll tell us the Truth! God Bless you in the Glorious Name of Jesus Christ!
Thank you. I take magnesium glycinate. It's great.
I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart, but their smaller bottles w/ the Spring Valley brand w/ blue or purple strip on it that says chelated on it is Mg bisglycinate. It's the only Mg glycinate they have.
I take 200 mg instead of 400mg. 400mg is too strong for me.
A really good one is Nature's Truth 665mg. Magnesium Glycinate I hate to say, but Spring Valley I don't think is a good brand.@@leiatyndall8648
TY DOC, MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE for sure ❤

It’s the worst form of magnesium. Definitely avoid it. Thanks for the PSA.
So what's the best magnesium?
@@justo7955 mag. glycinate will help

Sleep is when mind and body repair. !!
Oxide is converted to Chloride by your stomach acid, and Magnesium Chloride is highly bioavailable. Oxide works. Many people tolerate it much better
