From this and other vids giving us sneak peaks, the Fontainebleau looks gorgeous. Based on its location, it should do well with the convention crowds and of course early on those who always want to see and try something new will likely flock there. The question is how the resort will fair after the newness wears off. The hotel is located on the north end of the Strip, which doesn't get nearly the amount of foot traffic that the central and southern end of the Strip gets. To be successful in this town, you can't just rely on conventions and curiosity. You need that steady flow. I'm really hoping this will happen. Like I said, from what's been shown so far, this place looks the part of a successful resort. Let's hope this turns out to be accurate.

Has to be one of the nicest standard rooms anywhere. The size of the tv, mounted on the wall mind you , is 50% larger than other standard tvs, bathroom is similar to other properties top tier priced rooms.

I see you got a shout out from Miles to Memories who showed your clip of the suite and casino/food areas. Very nice room tour. Look forward to seeing you and mum in another walkabout in Las Vegas! The rooms are very pricey on Expedia right now for January, and although they look nice not as big or luxurious as Palazzo or Encore.
Great videos!!!!!!! You need to check out/ show us the room at the point (closes room to the strip). The rooms from 15 to 20 floor down from the top are the best. Keep up the great vids....
I know they didn’t really have much choice being that building is so old now and they had to work with the existing structure but dang, those rooms look so small compared todays standards in Vegas luxury.
Is that room considered a city view or Mountain View? I’m planning a visit soon and that info will help with my room selection. I have yet to visit Las Vegas. Thanks.
This resort looks amazing can’t wait to stay there, been following its storied history for over a decade! I think this may be the new Cosmo now that MGM is in the process of ruining that resort.
The only thing missing was a small fridge or microwave but guess that's only in the suites! The other suite was so nice but can't imagine how much $$$$ it is per night. If you're going to be more outdoors or doing stuff in Vegas than why pay so much for a room? LOL
@@Mumsgardenoasis I didn't see a fridge though. I was told by another hotel employee that suites only have that & then I booked a cheap room in New Mexico cause it was my last day & there was a fridge & microwave. So I'm confused now😆
That's horrible. The Coast properties were like that when I stayed. Hope they are not like that anymore. I feel bad for housekeeping. Those people work hard. Wish they would have made their lives easier.
the music is rather eerie lol ..... but i love the room. except the shower not having a door - that's just plain silly. i wish they had put those beautiful royal blue couches in there though! the "coin" painting in the lav is rather subliminal - "..... spend spend spend ....." very nice. i would stay there, dingo! several notches above our regular haunt - the old whore's shoe! and two things i like the best about the whore's shoe are their showers and the bench at the end of the bed. see if you can get some comps?

The new Bellagio bathrooms have an open ended shower. No shower curtain.

Yes the music is edgy and moody and has a mysterious effect with Bobs voice over. It would be great if you could get comps.
