I can't help but find it hilarious that the Moon Resort wasn't even mentioned in this video. It's like Thomas instantaneously thought "Bulls---: both you and I know that's NEVER going to happen!" so didn't even dignify it a mention in this video, hahahahaha! 😉 Seriously though, this was the most comprehensive, organized rundown on Vegas developments I've encountered on all of UA-cam. Thanks soooooooooo much Thomas! 😊
It's truly awe-inspiring to witness the tremendous growth of this city! It will definitely always be Las Vegas, but it's going to be a new transformative chapter for businesses and our communities, along with creating exciting opportunities.
Great addition! Yes, Rugby League is scheduled to kick off the 2024 season on March 2nd, 2024 at Allegiant Stadium. Sea Eagles vs. Rabbitohs, and Roosters vs. Broncos!
Great video. How will water be provided and this future isn’t necessarily a happy one for long term residents. It’ll fundamentally change and with it taxation. Nevada + high taxes = California
While a subway may appear to be a more favorable option, the closely situated locations and properties in Las Vegas make the Vegas Loop a viable alternative. According to the Vegas Loop's website, "Unlike a subway, there is no practical upper limit to the number of stations that can be built along the tunnel route because stations can be as small as two parking spaces. Since stations require such a small footprint, they can easily be integrated in busy city centers, parking garages, and residential communities." Moreover, the fact that the Vegas Loop project is entirely privately funded, it contributes positively to the city's infrastructure without imposing a burden on public resources.

Great question! Station Casino's parent company, Red Rock Resorts, does have goals to double their footprint in Las Vegas by 2030, and they have 6 future development sites (in Skye Canyon, Town Center Dr. & I-215, West of I-15 on Tropicana, Las Vegas Blvd & Cactus Ave, Losee Rd. & I-215, and in Inspirada!). Specific details or permits haven't been released. Their short term focus is on having a remarkable opening of Durango Casino Resort, completing their renovations at existing properties, and then strengthening their balance sheet, so they're able to execute on their long term goals of expansion. Inspirada is definitely a fast growing community, so I understand why Station Casinos saw potential in the location. I think we'll get more updates towards mid-to-late 2024 on which project is their next focus. I'll give an update if anything is announced!
I miss the old Las Vegas, when there was actual desert between the strip resorts, when people dressed up to go to shows, when the Rat Pack held court, etc. IMO Las Vegas has become ridiculously over built with far too many slobs walking around.
I completely understand your sentiment about old Las Vegas and the nostalgic charm it held. Many visitors appreciate the vintage vibes, and there are pockets of the city that still capture that essence if you know where to look. Las Vegas is a dynamic city that continues to evolve, offering a unique blend of old and new. If you're open to it, there are still ways to enjoy the classic Vegas vibe amid the growth and changes. Let me know if you'd like any recommendations for places that might resonate with your love for the old-school Vegas charm!
Very informative and quality video. Is it me or Vegas is acting as if global warming doesn't exist with all the bonuses it comes with : water shortages, more frequent heat waves heat island effect increased by construction? Any mega projects towards sustainability and adapting to new climate?
Informative Video - but just some feedback (don't take this personally) but your voice is very monotoned & came across as disinterested, was trying hard to stay focused
Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate your honesty. Although I'm just getting comfortable with recording, I can reassure you that I am enthusiastic about what's going on in Las Vegas! I hope you found value in the video.

Impressive, there growing like crazy, in 5 years this city is gonna be completely unrecognizable
It's truly awe-inspiring to witness the tremendous growth of this city! It will definitely always be Las Vegas, but it's going to be a new transformative chapter for businesses and our communities, along with creating exciting opportunities.
That what they in the late 90's with the trend of the growing themed hotel/casinos on the strip
Thanks for doing this video! Very informative! So much future growth. And it’s not just on the strip.

This is SOOOOOOO exciting!!!
Love this, and love Vegas so much. I'm a Realtor in Northwest TN but would love to move to Vegas and become a Nevada Broker
U forgot to mention Australia Rugby League is bringing our game (2 Games)to Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium in early March 2024

i doesn't make any sense to build the "boring" tunnels, when you could just build a subway, more capacity
While a subway may appear to be a more favorable option, the closely situated locations and properties in Las Vegas make the Vegas Loop a viable alternative. Good points on advantages of this alternative. A positive addition to transportation options in the top tourism areas.
The las vegas "LASERS" would be a good name for a basketball team!!!

What about Inspirada Station casino?

There are 29 states without a NBA team it would be awesome if Oak View Group would take a grab at that opportunity.
Interesting projects. However, I thought Vegas has a problem with not having enough water for the city going forward.
👍👍👍👍👍
NLV is about to gentrify real quick
the A's baseball park will Look like the Sydney opera house.
that’s if they don’t run out of water, also the hotels are ridiculously expensive, you need deep pockets to do anything there.
these youngsters in charge have broken every golden rule the MOB laid down. KEEP THEM IN THE CASINO
I hope the A's will get the allnet resorts land
Wow, beautiful video! 👍

I agree, Las Vegas has lost it's class...

Absolutely, always look forward to these, goodluck!
"Don't take this personally..." 😅
Its how we grow, I'm going to say look up Jordan Belfort and tonalities.
@@ThomasGramboI thought it was fine
thats not the correct rendering for the baseball stadium so why are you using it? you ruined credibility on this video
Any renderings, especially pre-construction, are not final, and they are for informational purposes only.
i think they lost credibility when they called the knights the "las vegas golden knights"@@ThomasGrambo
