- Las Vegas, renowned for its extravagant attractions and casinos, is a city in constant flux, perpetually evolving and expanding. In 2023, over $30 billion worth of new and planned projects were on the horizon, and this figure continues to climb as new developments are announced. This video explores what's happening now and in the future, thats making Las Vegas even more exciting!
We'll take a look at various projects and events currently in progress or set to begin soon(2023-2028), including new casinos, sports arenas, mixed-use developments, high-rises, and transportation innovation. It's clear that Las Vegas will continue to grow and remain a vibrant, enticing place to be, not only for tourists, but for businesses and residents as well.

It's truly awe-inspiring to witness the tremendous growth of this city! It will definitely always be Las Vegas, but it's going to be a new transformative chapter for businesses and our communities, along with creating exciting opportunities.

11/9/23- Durango Casino Resort opening has been pushed back until December 5.
11/10/23- New Renderings were released for Station Casino's Inspirada Development. Henderson planning commission is set to consider the development agreement in the next meeting on 11/16/23.

Great video. How will water be provided and this future isn’t necessarily a happy one for long term residents. It’ll fundamentally change and with it taxation. Nevada + high taxes = California

i doesn't make any sense to build the "boring" tunnels, when you could just build a subway, more capacity
While a subway may appear to be a more favorable option, the closely situated locations and properties in Las Vegas make the Vegas Loop a viable alternative. According to the Vegas Loop's website, "Unlike a subway, there is no practical upper limit to the number of stations that can be built along the tunnel route because stations can be as small as two parking spaces. Since stations require such a small footprint, they can easily be integrated in busy city centers, parking garages, and residential communities."
Moreover, the fact that the Vegas Loop project is entirely privately funded, it contributes positively to the city's infrastructure without imposing a burden on public resources.
Good points on advantages of this alternative. A positive addition to transportation options in the top tourism areas.
What about Inspirada Station casino?
Great question! Station Casino's parent company, Red Rock Resorts, does have goals to double their footprint in Las Vegas by 2030, and they have 6 future development sites (in Skye Canyon, Town Center Dr. & I-215, West of I-15 on Tropicana, Las Vegas Blvd & Cactus Ave, Losee Rd. & I-215, and in Inspirada!). Specific details or permits haven't been released. Their short term focus is on having a remarkable opening of Durango Casino Resort, completing their renovations at existing properties, and then strengthening their balance sheet, so they're able to execute on their long term goals of expansion. Inspirada is definitely a fast growing community, so I understand why Station Casinos saw potential in the location. I think we'll get more updates towards mid-to-late 2024 on which project is their next focus. I'll give an update if anything is announced!

I miss the old Las Vegas, when there was actual desert between the strip resorts,when people dressed up to go to shows, when the Rat Pack held court, etc.
