Well, the Corporations that fund these projects only care about the tourists. Everything about Vegas is to try to bring tourists in, right? I guess on the plus side, it brings more jobs to the locals.
2023 only 23 million people have visited so far this year falling well short of 2022 , 2021 , 2020, Property prices are drastically falling to a all time low for the last 4 years also. The spear has just opened and so far Ticket prices for U2 Have dropped due to poor Ticket sales, The cost of U2 Tickets are insanely expensive and people just won’t spend that kind of cash.4 Years ago U2 would have sold out within a Hour of the tickets going up for sale, The share Holder are getting very worried, as its expected to sell out all shows for 2024 but so far Hardly any interest at all, Casino&Games Hotels are also looking at why Visitors numbers are so low in the past two years, Hilton & Wynn have only seen a 47% Occupancy. Thats not enough to substantiate its cost of operation. I cant see this project getting off the ground …
It is because the Corporations have gotten way too greedy. They can't afford to lower prices to amounts that are affordable to the average person? And, the Casinos have made it very hard to win any money. They have made the odds of winning really horrible, and maybe people are finally figuring that out.
The image of the Briteline train from LA to Vegas, includes images of downtown Dallas DART light rail system! Not sure why this would be included in the video! Details!!!
Gonna be a lot of empty buildings when the next recession hits. Also, the real mega project Vegas needs is getting water from somewhere other than the Colorado River. I used to go to Vegas on Vacation but now there are plenty of Casinos and Sports betting is legal on the East Coast.
2:28 You need to work on improving the accuracy of the B-roll that you are showing during your video. For example, you have images from Rio and from Resorts World during the Fontainebleau portion. This is not only an inaccurate representation of the subject matter you are talking about, but it's just plain careless and sloppy.
I hate to see what will become of Vegas once the water runs out. When I was there this past June, several drivers I spoke to said people are selling their homes & moving east. They see the writing on the wall and want to sell now before it comes to the point where they can't sell because there is no water. They even said they do not understand the reasoning for building more casino's & such with this water situation. It's not a matter of if, its a matter of when.
I heard some people talking about a water shortage when I moved to vegas 50 years ago. I guess because it's desert and there are no rivers or lakes to look at, people assume there's something to worry about. Logically, why would developers spend billions for years if there was not a reliable source.
Update that’s not in this video it’s going to be club LIV the same one that’s in the blue in Miami. If they match the one in Miami it’s a hip hop club so it will be more like DRAIS than hakkassan

Well, the Corporations that fund these projects only care about the tourists. Everything about Vegas is to try to bring tourists in, right? I guess on the plus side, it brings more jobs to the locals.
Exactly
Gotta compete with Dubai
You live in the go-to entertainment destination in North America, not to sound like an ass but why would they not prioritize this?
You showed the update rooms at the Rio and rooms at Resorts World which aren't part of the FB project.
Fontainebleau IS the tallest building in Nevada
Absolutely Beautiful City
Lots of projects but all I see is people struggling to pay bills
Give the peasants bread 🍞 and circus 🎪 and they will never revolt.
Ancient Rome 👍😊
LAS VEGAS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFULLEST CITIES IN THE WORLD
They need to update/upgrade the Las Vegas airport. It's a pit!
@@justinbryson352 Then maybe one day we will see Vegas fall and fail.
What make you say that ? @@rugpull2109

I loooooooovvveeeeee vegas❤it’s a party🎉 yet I didn’t go to one club 😊
Next time 👍😉
Don't hold your breath for BleuTech Park. I wouldn't put down a deposit just yet.
You realize 152 sq meters is like 1600 sq ft
The hotels come with free bed bugs. So no it’s not 5, star.
The hotels don't come with free bed bugs. But the guest do!
@@jetboatjohn8171 👌that’s correct
The guests come with cooties.🎉
"fon-tain-blow" hahahahahahhaha
The image of the Briteline train from LA to Vegas, includes images of downtown Dallas DART light rail system! Not sure why this would be included in the video! Details!!!
Giving dimensions in meters doesn’t give the average American viewer any perspective since feet are used in the USA.
excellent production work ... fantastic narrator 👍
Gonna be a lot of empty buildings when the next recession hits. Also, the real mega project Vegas needs is getting water from somewhere other than the Colorado River. I used to go to Vegas on Vacation but now there are plenty of Casinos and Sports betting is legal on the East Coast.
Feds are talking about draining Lake Powell here in Utah where I live. It feeds into Lake Mead (Hoover Dam). It has more water than Lake Mead.
2:28 You need to work on improving the accuracy of the B-roll that you are showing during your video. For example, you have images from Rio and from Resorts World during the Fontainebleau portion. This is not only an inaccurate representation of the subject matter you are talking about, but it's just plain careless and sloppy.
😂
I must have missed the memo, did we go metric?
Vegas had a sphere back in the 80's- 90's.. it was called Omni max... Boom.
nothing to compare with that one !
Yep
Been visiting LV for the past 55 years. Is still as exciting as the first visit. Great job VEGAS. No other place on earth like LAS VEGAS.
I’m sick of drought talk if this is allowed to happen
At which location? Toward where near Los Angeles?
The residents want to leave
Las vegas is a monster money pit
I hate to see what will become of Vegas once the water runs out. When I was there this past June, several drivers I spoke to said people are selling their homes & moving east. They see the writing on the wall and want to sell now before it comes to the point where they can't sell because there is no water. They even said they do not understand the reasoning for building more casino's & such with this water situation. It's not a matter of if, its a matter of when.
Water is not running out in our lifetime. Perhaps they are driving because that is the outer limit of their mental faculty.
I heard some people talking about a water shortage when I moved to vegas 50 years ago. I guess because it's desert and there are no rivers or lakes to look at, people assume there's something to worry about. Logically, why would developers spend billions for years if there was not a reliable source.
i HAVE HEARING THAT STORY FOR DECADES. Still people buy home and sell home.
Feds are talking about draining Lake Powell here in Utah where I live. It feeds into Lake Mead (Hoover Dam). It has more water than Lake Mead.
Vegas going to be a very unrecognizable place in 20 years .. city of the future
You lost me when you refer measurements in meters
I don't believe that average room size is 152m^2 in that hotel. It can't be true
That really would be massive.
Didn't say what they'll rent for. Of course, that also requires customers who can afford and will pay for them.
It doesn't matter, there is no hotel in the world that has even half of that room size as average size. It doesn't make any sense@@donaldmaxie5264
If you’re trying to sell this new resort to American business or consumers you need to drop the metric system and use feet and acres.
Update that’s not in this video it’s going to be club LIV the same one that’s in the blue in Miami. If they match the one in Miami it’s a hip hop club so it will be more like DRAIS than hakkassan
I drive past the Durango every day on my 15 minute commute from summerlin to work. It's a nice looking property. But there's soooo much new construction going on along 215 over there it's nuts. I work writing software for a company in the construction industry and knock wood, we can barely keep up. Industry revenue is way up. I just bought my 2nd house. Even with recent changes to the economy, Vegas is still low cost of living relatively speaking.
I love construction innovations. I like Bleutech.🇬🇧🇪🇺🙏💵💵🇺🇸
That futuristic city is going to be cool
If I live in LA, go to Vegas on Saturday afternoon on the speed train, drink, gamble, catch some entertainment, and catch the redeye train back.. No need to book a night..
3:30 this is confusing. Youre saying, "North Vegas" but it could mean, North Las Vegas. Its a seperate city.
Ok. so i will go along with this, Fontainebleau in "North Vegas" is in the north side of the Las Vegas Strip. Its in the "Vegas Strip"
If Vegas have another fountain lakes on north is would be nice!!
