One thing I figured out while doing this is that my SHOULDERS are so weak, I can hardly do any tricep exercises! These seem to really focus on those weak spots so I can build up to doing harder tricep exercises (right now, I can’t even do bent-knee push-ups.). Thanks!
3 months ago, i could not do 2 knee push-up myself, doing these exercices 4 times a week, now i can do 15 without struggling. Keep going, when you start from nothing, you will notice results very fast!

I've learnt there's butt, leg exercises you can do when washing the dishes even... remembering is the hard part.
Most important exercises for arm flab: 1. the glass of water raise. 2. the "throw the cheeseburger into the trash" maneuver. 3. Walking right past the pastries without stopping. Repeatedly. 4. Also the neck exercise of turning your head away from the beer aisle. 5. Don't forget running from the checkout to put the Twinkies back on the shelf where you found them.
I only eat once a day (for over a decade) maybe a light snack during day 1-2 a week if my body says it needs it. I grow 2 huge gardens, fruit trees, herbs, etc So eating healthy too (carry lots of 5 gallon buckets of water too 😂) But, I'm a 42 yr.o. female and have watched over the last 3 years my arms get flabby. You can eat 100% right and still get flabby if you don't keep toning. I do eat a.. 1... grilled cheeseburger but don't eat out very often. Like once every 2 months. So you probably are correct for alot of people but just say'n you can get flabby arms and do the things on your list😊 Gotta go the extra mile and tone, tone, tone. Once you lose it it's harder to get back (as I'm learning) old age I suppose
@@carter_1 To the best of my knowledge, apart from surgery, you can't make your body lose fat in a certain area. That's up to your body. You can increase the size of your muscle and hope that it fills up some loose skin, I suppose. I know the struggle because I'm over 40 myself.

@@oh-boii My arms have been slimming down, but I also do exercises using dumbbells. I'm finding that a combination of this type plus lying on my back on the floor and doing various exercises with dumbbells really gets in hard to reach places like the inner arm.

Done a lot of work outs for the arms,don't see any improvements,don't get why,I am motivated to keep doing the exercises,I'm 56years just not seeing any results
You know, perhaps try cutting out on canned food, processed, instant. And just try eating vegetables that are boiled fruit aswell but not to much because we all know fruit has alot of sugar. So even if your craving for something sweet try having 1 apple. It will help alot. Also I insist having food like salmon cooked, barramundi. Salads, meats, and sometimes even red meat just not to much of it. Hope this helps! And keep going, don't lose that motivation. Edit: I don't know if you have a ball at home. Neither do I know if you play volleyball, but try doing volleyball 🏐 sets. Having your arms straight while doing it, and you'll surely feel a burn to it. Keep your arms up and try doing it without your arms falling.

It works but it would be more motivating if the model was of average body tone (not ripped) and developed occurs in stages.
If you look closely it’s all the muscles in the body. It’s done that way to show which muscles are being targeted.😊
