EMF HOUSE OF HORRORS! Three sources of HUGE magnetic fields!

  • Elevated magnetic fields can cause serious long term health problems. The problem is that you don't know they're there unless you test. ALWAYS be sure to test a home before buying or renting.
The meter I use in this video is the Gigahertz Solutions NFA 1000. It's the most accurate meter on the market for both electric and magnetic fields. safelivingtech...
For a good meter that's more affordable, I recommend the ME3030B - safelivingtech...
To test the dirty electricity in your home, I suggest using the meter by Greenwave which you can find here: greenwavefilte...
The BEST meter for radio frequencies is the Safe Technologies Safe and Sound Pro II: safelivingtech...
The Safe and Sound Classic is also a good radio frequency meter that is very simple to use and less expensive than the Safe and Sound Pro. It just doesn't give the specific readings in numbers: safelivingtech...

Remarkably informative! Thank you!!! They put a new meter on our house and I even ASKed if it was a smart meter and they said "no." Today I found out it is, so there's a VERY strong chance it's part of what's contributed to our problems in this house. Thank you so much. I'll use my little Cornet and see what that shows. Invaluable!

Wow this was a nice frame of ref, thank you. I have a similar set of readings at my meter. It's 30 Milligauss up against the meter and about 118 against the conduit. In the yard about 10 feet away it's between 1-2. I'm not even sure what I'd tell my power company.

@@cathycooke Thanks for your response I love your channel! You've given so much which is appreciated. Not looking for a freebie, just sharing for all. You're probably too far away - I'm on the east coast. I honestly think I'm in a bad location. My house is flanked by two streets with power lines close front and back. So with the Main off, it's around .5 mG in the majority of the rooms except for one which I'm planning on moving my sleeping quarters to. The room I'm in now is 1 mG (AC running in the window). There's a couple of old circuits with knob and tube wiring. I've been planning on gutting it and remodeling w/ MC cable but then got ill with lyme and lead poisoning. I'm slowly getting better and am having the best year yet after over 15 years of struggle. Spent 10's of thousands on my health and have learned quite a bit about EMF, but it always leads me down a rabbit hole and it's hard to make things work with a busy work life. I'm grateful to your frames of reference because I didn't realize what was considered high for mag fields. And since going that close to my meter getting the readings, I realize it's the mag fields I'm sensitive to, not the RF so much (flare of symptoms). So great step forward and I have you to thank. I have some things I'm going to do starting with a room I will remodel as a 'safe room' complete with MC Cable and RF shielding for that sleep sanctuary.

Please help if you can! I'm having a similar issue. I just got a new panel installed and wired everything exactly like it was on the old panel. With the old panel I had no issues whatsoever. My magnetic fields were very low everywhere in the house.
Before we could install the new panel I had to have a weather head put on. The old one fell off at some point and we were getting water in the panel. The utility company came out the day we replaced the panel and disconnected the service wires at the roof where they come in from the pole. He was nice enough to install the weather head for us. He also disconnected the meter as we needed to replace the service wires coming from the meter going to the new panel because they were corroded. We finally finished installing the new service wires and the new panel and the utility company came out and turned everything back on.
Fast forward to the next day, I pulled out my meter and started measuring and across the living room floor I was getting ridiculous amounts of magnetic fields. It was never like this before. There was a small amount before installing the new panel, around 2-4 mg because the AC unit wiring ran across the living room floor in the basement. Turning off the heat would always reduce the fields down to 0.4 or less. But now turning off the heat does almost nothing and the fields are no longer 2-4 but now 10-20 and the closer you get to the wall where the panel is installed in the basement, the higher it gets. So pretty much right above the panel in the living room I'm getting over 100mg on the floor. This was never ever an issue before. The fields are not only much higher but they also carry a lot further than before.
I went in the basement to investigate and turns out the AC unit wiring is maxing out the meter. Over 100 mg on both wires. For now I've turned off the breakers which helped a little but there is still a huge field across the living room floor coming from the panel it's self because it's installed in the basement right below the living room.
When I turn off all breakers in the house the field finally goes to 0.2-0.4. But turn on even one breaker the field jumps to 10mg immediately. And as I turn on each breaker one by one the field increases gradually until it maxes out the meter. When doing this test I have the meter laying flat on the living room floor above where the panel is installed. I'm using the trifield tf2 to measure.
So.. After watching this video today, I went outside to measure the meter and conduit as you did in this video. And the meter is giving me 50 or more mg, the conduit above the meter is giving me 30-40 mg, and the conduit below the meter is giving me over 100 mg which maxes out the meter.. As a side note I walked across the yard to my neighbors meter and conduit just to compare and I only measured at the most 5mg on my neighbors meter and all conduit. So I know the numbers I'm getting on my meter and conduit aren't normal.
Now.. With all that being said and sorry for the entire book I just wrote lol.. What do you recommend from here? As I said we made sure that everything in the new panel was installed identical to the old panel. I do not believe the problem is on my end after measuring the meter and conduit. It seems the issue is coming from the service wires and the meter.
What do you think? How do you recommend I proceed from here? How can I get the utility company to come out and take a look and try to fix the issue? I'm not even sure what to say to them when I call. I would hate to say something wrong and have them say they can't come out for something like that. I'm really at a loss here as to what to do. Aren't high fields like that considered a code violation or something? Please help me! I'm literally devastated and don't know what to do. I had my numbers so perfect before installing the new panel. What can I say to the utility company to have them come out and take a look?
I tried to be as detailed as possible when writing this. If there is more info you need from me just let me know. You seem like my only hope. I feel like me seeing this video today was meant to be. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

This is a complicated issue and one I can't give advice on based on the small amount of information I have. There is definitely a net current issue happening, and it sounds like a wiring error in the panel if it was not there before, or perhaps a loose neutral. If you'd like to consult on this you can contact me at wholehomeandbodyhealth.com/ I just don't want to give bad advice without knowing all the details.

Hello I really enjoy your videos. My family and I are trying little by little improving the EMF/Radiation in our home. We also bought filters for dirty electricity to plug into the sockets in our house. But now we heard that yes they will lower the dirty electricity, however, they will produce a magnetic field and instead we should purchase “power perfect box” which is installed between the smart meter and electrical power box and will filter your whole house electricity. Have you tested the magnetic field after installing filters for dirty electricity? I am just confused because I hear conflicting information. Thank you

    • @cathycooke
      @cathycooke  Рік тому +1

Yes this can be a problem, but not always. If you have existing wiring errors, then the plug in filters will increase the magnetic field from this problem. IF you don't have wiring errors, then it shouldn't be a problem. There is no way to know this unless you get an assessment from a professional, which I would recommend. The Power Perfect box will not solve your problems. You first need to know what exactly you're dealing with, and then address those issues from there. You must measure first.
