    Yours is turning out just wonderfully well. I love the fade out look of it... Yellow to the dark blue.
    I'm currantly doing it in just blue and white rotating rows and plan to square it out (there are tutorials on how to do that too) I love learning to transition all the different stitches and having so much texture.
    Stitch markers are a must!

    I just saw a solid version of this posted on FB which reminds me how much I want to make this.
    In my perfect world, this would have a chart. I think I need to look it up and see if it has one. Being beholden to a video for a complex design seems a bit tedious versus a chart, although I can see why the videos are handy for clarification. :)
    And I just love listening to Esther's videos. They are like a crochet bedtime story. So there's that. Ha!

      I learned to knit from my next door neighbor, then I taught myself to crochet with Coats & Clarks book. Any crochet book will teach you to follow a written pattern. Graphs are easy to follow because they show the picture of the stitch you are making i.e. single, double or treble stitch. If you need help you can PM on Messenger, my cat Baby is my profile picture. Hope this helps.

    I working on my mandala project now but using Lion Brand Mandala yarn and it's nice and light. I crochet the tails in while working the rounds it's easier than weaving everything at the very end. I will definitely get the yarn by Shcheepjes-whirl I find the way the colors flow make the Mandala flow better.

    Omg I had the same issue with those darn stitch markers!!! I did the Sof Universe and it was driving me crazy.
    And I am right there with you with the yarn choice! Lol! I tried to do an ombré yarn and I still have to sew in lots of ends but still better than changing color every round.

  • @TiggyTabbycat
    @TiggyTabbycat 8 місяців тому +1

    On the video it said that the rounds didn’t end in same place where next row began so it had to be cut. I had hoped it would be done where it was one continuous strand. Guess I need to find something else to use my whirl with:(

    This is really beautiful Rebekah! I started one in class with a bunch of crazy colors. I have just a couple of rows left. I should probably finish it one of these days. Your yarn is beautiful. Mine is just average worsted weight with a gazillion ends to weave in too!😀

    • @BlossomCrochet
