Olá, NAC seria o mesmo que acetilcisteína vendida também com o nome de Fluimicil?
"No que se refere à substância ativa (acetilcisteína), nenhuma diferença, entretanto deve se levar em consideração que o fluimucil em comprimido efervescente contém fenilalanina na sua composição, nesse casos se vc tem uma doença rara chamada fenilcetonúria, não pode tomar. Por outro lado, o fluimucil granulado efervescente em sachê, contém frutose na composição, nesse caso os diabéticos ou intolerantes à frutose devem ter cuidado ao usar essa apresentação."
